Nathan and DCC have really done outstanding work in our home after our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our attic. Nathan and his crew came to our house worked quickly to get remediation ready. I didn’t even have to find a contractor to replace the Sheetrock, insulation, and paint because DCC will do that too. Nathan and DCC helped make an extremely stressful situation pretty stress free.

Wonderful job done by Diversified construction contractors . Discovered mold in my kitchen and advanced to wall. The remediation were great and professional. My floors were protected and a barrier was placed to seal off the area. Great job by Nathan Folse for coordinating the project. They let me know the steps of the project. Also kept as much of my cabinetry as possible.

Starting with the initial contact with the administration in the office, Jody and Jenni who answered multiple questions, advising me of protocols and procedures along with options to minimize my expense to the assessment individual, Nathan, who assessed my situation and gave guidance and recommendations on what steps needed to be addressed based on his visual assessment, this process could not have gone any better or smoother. Each and everyone individual involved took a step by step approach in giving me the information necessary to proceed with what to do next not to mention their urgency in prioritizing my situation onto their schedule while minimizing my expense as much as possible. A few weeks ago, at 9:30 PM, we realized that our upstairs bathtub was overflowing, spilling water throughout the first floor. We immediately called DCC and without any hesitation they sent two employees to assist us in getting the water under control and to set up equipment to begin drying us out.
They have been with us every step of the way, from that initial night to doing the demolition of all of the wet material, and even had their project manager meet with our insurance adjuster the day of his inspection to make sure everything went smoothly.
DCC has truly been a Godsend through this whole process.
