So thankful I found Discount Roofing!! I'm a local real estate agent and had a roof issue pop up for my seller. Danny reached out to me so fast after my inquiry, I sent him photos and got a quote back within an hour. His crew was out there the next day to handle it for us. (I had another company tell me that they wouldn't be able to find matching shingles and IF they did, they wouldn't be able to get us scheduled for weeks plus it would be 3x more than what Danny quoted). So safe to say - Discount Roofing will be my GO TO roofing company moving forward! My sellers and I are beyond happy with the communication, pricing, and urgency.

Danny at Discount Roofing LLC just finished a roof cleaning of my home, and I cannot say enough good things about his excellent work! He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job, arrived right on time, and left my rooftop (both the flat and angled portions) spotless. He hauled off 4 large bags of debris and swept up any remaining debris from my driveway. He is very knowledgeable about the roofing business in the Phoenix area, and I will not hesitate to hire him again for all my future roofing jobs.

Can’t say ENOUGH about Discount roofing! Danny has been awesome and his team is very professional. I have a 3 story town home and it’s been nearly impossible to find someone to put on a dryer vent on top of my roof that either blew off or was never put on.

I called several companies and most roofing companies either couldn’t go on top of a 3 story building which I thought was weird or didn’t have a big enough ladder. I called over 10 roofing companies and they all quoted me over $2000.00 to put on a part I bought. Danny saved me thousands of dollars and got the job done the next day! Please save yourself the aggravation of high fees and unreasonable service.

Sometimes you need quick and professional assistance for your roof, that's the time you call Discount Roofing LLC. I had some tile repair that needed to be fixed before it rained again. Discount Roofing has been extremely professional in our whole project. They came and got the job done, kept to themselves, took reasonable lunch breaks and cleaned up after. They were respectful of our house in cleaning up efficiently afterwards and even double checking once completed! From start to finish they explained all they were doing, showed drone pictures of the process and the final product. We would highly recommend if needing anything with roof fixing.

After talking with a few companies about getting a new roof for a family member, I called Danny after finding him on Google. Explained to him the particularities and the limited budget. He carefully listened to what I had to say and he was given the job. His guys did a great job, took off two layers of old shingles and installed new ones. I never write these reviews but I have to in this case. What made him stand out so much is that these other companies really seemed a little shady to me, meanwhile this guy is very open and down to earth. They use high quality shingles without charging extra costs. But use your own judgement, and just compare how he approaches customers, because that exact professionalism was carried out from the first phone call to the end of the job.

His quote was the best of the three i got, and he even told me when there were things i didn't need to do at the moment, rather than bumping up the charges. I give Discount Roofing LLC a five star rating, and my highest recommendation to Danny Costello Montes, the company representative I dealt with. After a recent rain storm I ended up with two leaks in the flat roof of my house. I called four roofing companies for estimates. Danny was able to make an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and was by far the most professional of all the roofers I talked with. His pricing was fair, beat out all the other companies, and was a good value for the work done. He did not attempt any type of high pressure sales job, merely explained to me what needed to be done, how long it would take, the payment process and when he could start, then said he would await my call - a much different experience than some of the other sales representatives that came to my home. Discount Roofing was punctual, thorough, professional and did the job exactly as promised. One issue did arise, an employee accidentally cut all the internet and tv cables that were crossing the roof during the re-roofing process. Danny responded immediately and took care of getting the situation fixed in a timely manner and assumed all responsibility for the mishap. I could not be more pleased with the work they did for me and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job extremely well done.

I had Discount Roofing do repairs and a full re-coat of my flat roof. Danny communicated quickly and efficiently + had my services scheduled to be completed within 2 business days. The tech's arrived on-time, completed the work quickly and quietly (all things considered) and cleaned up after themselves. The re-coat came with a 5 year warranty which is awesome. The pricing for the entirety of the service was excellent, particularly compared to the 3+ other quotes I received.

I didn't love paying via Zelle and the recoat on the perimeter of my overhang could have been painted straighter. But these are minute details and my overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend Discount Roofing and will be using their services in the future - but hopefully a very distant future.
