5/5 Stars!! Was connected through my insurance company, USAA, they made contact within 25min of the referral which was made late at night. They were on site first thing in the morning and within 3 hours they had verified the level of water damage, got everything clean/dry/inspected and repaired all the drywall/insolation. All for under $500! Everyone I worked with was friendly and timely in their communication, absolutely recommend these guys!

The team at Disaster Pro is awesome to work with from start to finish. We needed water restoration work done and our insurance company USAA has a program called “Direct Repair” where they can assign a contractor to oversee all the repairs. We choose this option and Disaster Pro was assigned to us a week before Christmas 2023. Paul came out quickly and efficiently assessed the work, we discussed replacement products and as of today Jan 26th we are 100% done. Through Christmas, snow storms, freezing roads and wet weather once the disaster pro team started they were on time, respectful of our home, efficient and went the extra mile to ensure we were involved and informed about the process. Jake was our Forman, Bryce, Brian, Jade plus a couple more (I can see there faces) Jordon on communication and overseeing everything was Paul. We are thankful to each for the professionalism and commitment to quality work they gave us each day…. 6 weeks. The onsite time was only 7 days for our main rebuild crew the other days were plumbers etc. I also loved that they scheduled us to complete the entire job back to back once they started. Thanks USAA for partnering and having Disaster Pro as a resource. To Disaster Pro for employing such an awesome work crew!

This company and staff is very professional. Always on time an if by chance they are going to be late they Always call or text. All of the craftsman are knowledgeable and professional. I have been down this road before, and these guys almost made it pleasurable. Highly recommend.

Did the repairs on our house that flooded due to broken pipe on bath drain after bathing son, took within an hour of insurance claim to have a call from these guys, took some time to get materials that was completely understandable due to age of our home but man once they got going on this repair they were amazing!!! Everything turned out better then expected and because of the quality they did it inspired me and my wife to want to fix up other area of our home, want to give a HUGE thanks to Paul, David, and their crew and the ENTIRE Disaster Pro Team!

DisasterPro is very professional in their work and helpful and friendly to the customer. In five days they removed the old, damp flooring and replaced it. They replaced part of the wall they had to cut out due to wetness, replaced it and painted the wall so you can't tell there was any damage done to it.
One of the things they did above and beyond what was needed was to remove the delivered flooring when I learned it was too dark. They took it back and brought out a lighter color which I love.
I'd call them in a heartbeat if I ever need that kind of help again. I recommend them highly!

So happy with service provided by Disaster Pro. These guy live up to the name. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and left are house in like new condition when they were done.

We did not have a good experience with DisasterPro. As a heads up, any bad review you see they claim it wasn't them and it must have been another company. Don't believe it.

The main problem came with their finishing work. I have uploaded pictures to show how they paint and lay travertine. They tried laying 6 pieces of tile multiple times and each time it got worse. It is so uneven. You can feel and see the difference between the tiles. There is almost an 1/8" difference between some of the tiles. They came back multiple times to fix the paint and the pictures are their finished work.

There was sheetrock in the closet that had gotten completely wet. After it had dried it was obviously damaged .Their plan was to just paint over it. We have very good insurance that would cover all the damage but for some unknown reason DisasterPro did not want tear it out. To their credit when we pushed for it to be replaced, they did.

Their problem is/was that they don't have well trained finishers. The first piece of sheet rock hung in the dining room was terrible. Fortunately the guy (independent contractor) that came to texture the wall was able to fix it. However, this guy had never done the type of texturing we have on our walls. There is a difference but he gave it his best. Unfortunately we never got to have him again.

When we contracted with them their website claimed that they were approved by the Better Business Bureau. When we reached out to the BBB they said DisasterPro was not approved by them. This is very unethical and is an indicator of their business practices.

Their websites claims they have been in business since 1962. That may be true but the ownership has changed and it is not the same company. Beware!

I will say that each worker that came to our home was very kind and polite. They did great at drying out the space that was flooded with great response time.

Had a hot water tank fail and leak all over my garage, master bath and crawl space. These folks came out and did a great job drying everything out and returning my home to original condition. Very professional and thorough, highly recommend them. They even helped guide us through the insurance process. I simply couldn't be happier with their service.

DisasterPro has been great to work with on multiple remodeling projects. All of the employees who have worked in my home have been polite and professional. I also appreciate the design input they offer.

DisasterPro replaced exterior T111 Paneling to replace 11 panels that were very weathered. They did an exceptional job. The workers were on time and worked hard. They stuck with the job till finished with no messing around. Very price concious and fair. I would hire again.

These guys were terrible. We agreed on a price and they agreed to credit me 500 off that price if I wanted to provide the new tub and wall unit for a new shower tub combo. They said anything at lowes or home depot was fine. So we got one the wife liked at Lowes. They did shoddy work that had to be redone several times and after it took weeks to get them to finish everything up they reneged on the tub credit and charged me for the tub even when I had bought it on my own and given it to them with the original receipt. Plus they were uncivil about it.

We went back and forth about it for almost a year where I provided the agreement with copies of the text logs and they didn’t care. Disaster pro then made up reasons why I owed them the 500 for additional labor because they had to redo their own shoddy work. It was just an excuse to renege. The issue had been that they took the tub and tub wall kit I bought at Lowes and installed it without even looking at the instructions at all. It required plywood behind the wall or additional studs which they didn't put in. So when it was done the walls flexed like 2 inches! It honestly felt like you would fall through it. When I asked them about it because it just seemed wrong they said it was normal.... right..... So I then looked up the install instructions for the tub, and found the requirements to shore up the walls and showed it to them. They said it was their mistake but that I should have told them that before so they weren't going to fix it. What? A contractor that needs the customer to know more about installing tubs and tubwalls than they do? I am not a general contractor calling in a sub. I was a customer needing a mold disaster cleaned up and a new tub and wall installed to get things back up to normal usability. Whatever.

I didn't agree to the additional labor they wanted to charge me. and we went back and forth about it for several days. Then one day the guy that put it in wrong showed up, saying he was there to fix it. He pulled the wall, put in the studs according to spec then put it back in. Drywalled and textured as he should have and was done with it in two-three days to give the wallboard time to dry and set. I was glad they finally were going to take responsibility and fix their mistake. Oh no then they came back later to say I owed them the 500 on the labor to fix that mistake even though I never agreed to that. I dont know what games they are playing but it wasnt cute.

I only used these guys because that's what the home insurance allowed. I couldn't use anyone else at that time. I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone for anything. Bad service and bad ethics imho

And as a response to the owner pretending he doesn't know anything about this. Yeah that's exactly the problem. You pretended you hadn't made agreements, moved the goal posts when proven wrong, and wouldn't take responsibility for your own work, instead making it the homeowners responsibility to make sure you didn't make a mistake. I had water damage on the side of my house from water leakage on my roof. DisasterPro fixed my roof, repaired all the outside damage down to the studs and repaired inside windowsill that was damaged. I also had then replace some other window frames and house skirting. Work was expertly done. Workers were professional and polite. Final cost was as per estimate. I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend DisasterPro.

My business office had a toilet that was leaking at the base of it. They came out same day I called. Fixed it promptly and quickly. Never interrupted my business operations during work hours. Very professional and nice. Highly Recommend! Thank you!

They were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. I have an older home with popcorn ceilings and the repair was perfect - texture match and the whole ceiling was repainted so the repair spot blends in perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience working with David and his very professional crew. I felt very comfortable when they were here working in my home. He has totally gone to bat for me in dealing with my insurance provider. He has fought to make things right in our clean up. The insurance company wanted to replace only a portion of the damaged flooring and when the new wood floor would not and could not match, he dealt with the company and had them replace it with all new wood floors. I would call them in a heartbeat.

Fantastic help and great pricing! He was over here in the pouring rain and cold weather helping out put down underlayment on our roof to protect our house. Thank you and highly recommended!!

We had a mold issue on our window sills and we called David. His team was very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the finished product, it looked better than the original! Plus, they are very fair with the costs.

We had irrigation problems that flooded our crawl space not once but twice. Disaster Pro was super good (both times) to work with. David moved quickly to get people and equipment in place, knew what needed to be done and was super fair in what he charges. We’ve recommended DisasterPro to friends and subsequently had them handle our major exterior repair and paint project. Competent and honest.

What a great team!! Disaster Pro has rebuilt our back deck, completely renovated and upgraded our very, very sad master bedroom and bath into an oasis we love, and turned our dark, awkward and inefficient kitchen into a cooking Mecca. Within an hour of calling DisasterPro, Dave was at our house, assessing the damage and taking action. His guys were in there that very morning, ripping up the destroyed flooring and drying the subfloor. They did a lot of unexpected nice touches like taping down plastic to protect our carpets from the foot traffic and advocating for us with the insurance company. When my insurance did not come through as much as we hoped, Dave even gave me a refund on some of his portion of the payment. We knew he cared and his work was fast and professional. We would definitely use DisasterPro again.

DisasterPro has a great service team. The repair crewmen that worked on my house were professional and friendly and got the job done quickly, with the final product of great quality!
