We had extensive crawl space/vapor barrier issues and this team did a wonderful job working with me to come in below budget and yet check all needed boxes for compliance items. I highly recommend their team.

St. Andrew's McCall hired Disaster Response to restore and remediate extensive fire damage. Their work met high standards and the communication was excellent. We were very pleased.

They are an awesome company. They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable and have totally gone to bat for me to get what was needed from my insurance company to get the repairs done right. Highly recommend them

When we initially started this project in 2022 we thought it was only going to require a door replacement. It ended up being a much bigger project and Brad was wonderful to work with. Even though it took over a year to complete the work and of course a lot more $$ that originally thought, we are finally done and feel that we have a quality outcome.

The DR team was a pleasure to work with . They showed up promptly late at night when the disaster happened. Got to work right away clearing damaged materials, then knocked it out within two weeks. Scheduling and Working with the team was that a smooth as it could ever be.

Brad at Disaster Response has been absolutely phenomenal with his prompt responses, professionalism and expertise in getting the job done. He is also incredibly personal and conscientious.

I have had 2 experiences with needing help at my home short notice. I was so impressed by their handling of the situation. They were swift, confident, and effective in their service. It is such a relief to know Disaster Response is in the area should the need arise. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I had no intention of reviewing this company but they kept sending emails and texts years after our transaction with them asking for me to write one. I was very surprised by that as we were incredibly disappointed in their service and made that abundantly clear at that time.

Bottom line, it is awesome that McCall and the areas near McCall all now have an amazing alternative company to rely on in this business sector.

Again, only after repeated requests from DR am I writing this review. I don’t enjoy slamming companies online. However I can’t imagine ever hiring them again and could never recommend them to anyone else.

It is possible their services have improved as we hired them several years ago.

These guys were awesome. Very responsive to a tricky situation involving a leaky shower invading my neighbor's apt. Highly recommend them.

We had a DISASTER in our cabin in McCall to say the least! We live 4 hours away. Called Disaster Response and they took over almost immediately and got things taken care of!! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Responded quickly and professionally to a bad black mold situation in a fairly new home due to a construction error. Progress is happening asap.

We used D.R. after our Hurricane Ian true disaster. They secured our property, did a great job with a really complex clean up, and left us with space that was ready for reconstruction. The workers on hand were polite and very helpful to us as we tried to sort out any salvagable items. We truly hope to never go through this again, but if we do we will use Disaster Response again as our go-to partner!

We called Disaster Response on the 4th of July after we found a sewage backup that was not stopping. Jeremy was out within two hours and had it all cleaned up and sanitized in less than three hours. He was professional, responsive, thorough and easy to work with. He also followed up the next day to see if things were OK after the plumber fixed the problem and sent a crew to do one more final cleanup.

We appreciate the cleanliness and the professionalism of Toby, Michelle, and Justin . We requested Toby back after the initial visit. Hopefully he can finish the job for us.

Disaster response is an awesome company!!!!, of lewiston/clarkston valley. When we called they were out right away. The team members that we had were great explained everything and brought us up to speed everyday. They called and texted everyday to let us know what time they would be at our house. We had no worries about leaving them in our house alone honest guys and the one little gal that works there is Awesome too. We worked with Tom, Michael, and Brandon the most but for the others we met cannot remember their names but awesome as well. They all did such a great job. No smell from our flood and wet floors. If we ever have another disaster we will not call anyone else. Very professional. Big THANK YOU!!

Keith and his team were exemplary. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They kept us well informed of the progress. My husband and I would highly recommend them.

Had significant ceiling damage thought to be secondary to a roof leak. Contracted with DRI who was able to connect with us very quickly and provide a very detailed review of the work that was needed to fix the damage. Once the work began, the DRI team discovered that the damage might be from something other than a roof leak, and went as far to offer to help work with our HOA to find a resource to follow-up with. The follow-up took months given that many resources were not available. We were finally able to get the situation sorted out and DRI came back to finish the original work (it is perfect!) several months later. I cannot say enough about their work, their people and their true commitment to make every facet of a disaster/project easy, thorough and perfect. They took great care to keep our home clean and protected while they worked and were always available if I needed to be in touch. I wouldn’t use anyone else and HIGHLY recommend them for any project, or unanticipated project, you might have. Many thanks to Mike Desaulniers, and his team in McCall, for everything!

We contacted Disaster Response looking for help with ice dams and water leaking in a house.They were there the next day, addressed the issued, sent pictures and informed us of their findings and recommendations. The total repairs were completed in a timely basis and very professional manner. The billing was quick and efficient by using electronic methods.
With todays current condition of long waits and lack of help in the construction industry it is refreshing to work with a professional organization that has their act together. I would HIGHLY recommend Disaster Response!

Our shop roof collapsed from snow load winter 2020-2021. Called Disaster Response April 23 and asked for an estimate to clean up the mess and rebuild. Was told we would have an estimate by Wednesday April 28. Called back on the 29th. Was told the guy was really busy maybe some personal problems, ok we waited. Was told he would come out the week of May 3. No show. Called again on May 13. He told us that he was working hard on getting the numbers together when my wife talked to him on. But never went to house in person!!?? We had been working hard every day to cleaning up the mess. We would have seen him had he come to the property. Still nothing. Called again on May 24, said he was almost done with the numbers. Called again on May 28th no response to message. Called us back on June 4th to say that Disaster Response wanted $1200 just for the estimate!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING?? Shysters and time wasters. I had plenty of insurance on the shed. Wanted a quote to give to the insurance company. Good to see that Disaster Response has been good to a bunch of people. I don't understand why we got jerked around like this. Good Luck.

We had an ice dam on our roof that caused water penetration to one of our enterior walls. DR mitigated and repaired the damage, and did snow removal from our roof top. They were very quick and thorough.

Disaster Response was at our home immediately in response to our call. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If we should ever have need for this kind of service, we will be calling Disaster Services. 5 star!

We would like to thank Disaster Response for the outstanding service we received when a tree fell on our cabin in Donnelly, ID. They were onsite within 30 minutes of calling them to assess the situation. They spent all day Christmas Eve safely removing the tree and making sure our cabin did not have any leaks or structural damage. The staff are very professional, willing to work quickly and very knowledgeable.

Like most disasters, they are unexpected and come at the worse time. It was late in the day, and I was calling a dozen names in the phonebook to get help and when NO ONE else would answer the phone, these guys came right out to our house and stabilized the situation, ultimately repaired the entire problem from start to finish. We had an unknown leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the master bedroom. BIG shout out for Austin Walsh, project manager who oversaw all the repairs, coordinated all the subcontractors and got our job done! They were incredibly easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Thank you guys, hope I don't have ANY more disasters but keeping your card close by.

Used them in the past for cabin damage. Called for junk removal. Got a quote from the lady. She wanted pictures of the small pile I had. Sent photo to her cell phone as requested. Said they can do it. Called and called and called. They would not return my call on either number. A week later I gave up. They must have enough work.

Disaster Response were great, professional, fast, efficient, and extremely careful with all my furnishings.
These men came in introduced themselves, reviewed the situation, got to work and were finished in no time at all, at an extremely reasonable rate, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough excellent things about the service we've received from Disaster Response in McCall, ID. In April 2020, we noticed water, from snow melting off the roof, leaking in to our cabin thru the windows. We contacted insurance first, then Disaster Response (DR) next. DR came out the same day and set up fans & de-humidifiers to start the drying our process. They had to tear down the sheetrock to the wooden studs, tear out the carpet & insulation, but our whole place had plastic sheeting up everywhere and down on the floors to protect the undamaged floors and rooms. Then they did work above and beyond, many long and late hours, to put our place back together to meet the deadline we had for a family reunion. Robert (Project Manager) and his crew were very accommodating, detail oriented, and very professional, even with a nit-picky person like me. We would definitely recommend them if you have a need for their disaster response services.

They were able to get the necessary documentation to assist me in having my claim approved. Disaster Response moved us to our new home in Mccall. Three men and an enclosed trailer showed up promptly at the time they promised, despite it being a very heavy snow fall day. The three man team worked hard to move all the contents in one day. They were very careful with our belongings making sure the furniture was safeguarded and the walls of the new home and old home were not hit or nicked in the moving process. The men were polite and provided excellent customer service. We are very satisfied and highly recommend

Our home was involved in a massive propane explosion that resulted in being out of our home for over seven months. Disaster Response has been our saving grace in a very prolonged rebuild. We have been supported throughout the entire process by their team of professionals who have gone above and beyond to help us meet the challenges. Disaster Response in McCall was amazing after our water damage from a broken pipe. Chaase made the entire experience as good as one can during the remodel. If there were concerns about the work that had been done he would follow up and make sure things were done correctly

Wow guys! I was a bit hesitant to ask my friends at DR to handle my friends second home in French Creek..They live out of town and the neighbors had found a huge water leak... but, I knew from the minute I called Tammy, they were going to be in the best hands. From being totally devastated by the water damage( the place was stripped clear to the studs)to being so elated at the finished product! They had their home back and it was better than new!! We had dinner there, just a few weeks back and DR did and amazing job... Its a wonderful feeling when you can trust your friends with your friends!! Awesome job DR MCCALL....

I had a home sale in Whitetail, and upon inspection, we had a considerable amount of mold in the crawlspace. I called Ben in McCall and he instilled confidence immediately with my buyers. Ben gave me a timeline when the job would be completed, not only did they meet it, they beat it by one day. We inspected the job with an independent inspector and he found absolutely no evidence of mold. It was a job well done by Disaster Response! Thanks to Ben and the crew for saving this real estate transaction. I would highly recommend them.

No one wants to have to call remediation specialists. No one. But when you have to, call Disaster Response. We had a catastrophic winter time flood in our vacation home that went for days before being detected. Disaster Response was on scene within an hour of our call (on a Sunday night no less) and immediately went to work. This was a "down to the studs" project. They've been great to deal with throughout the rather long process of dealing with the insurance adjuster and the mortgage holder and frankly have handled the whole thing with great communication. I find their workmanship to be excellent and frankly the place is in even better shape than it was. I didn't want to have to call but I'm sure glad when I did, they answered. In our area it's hard to find skilled, reliable and communicative services and I must say Disaster Response has exceeded my expectations on all levels.

They were pro active and communicated well. They made every effort to make the situation as if it never happened.

Tammy Meppen did an outstanding job. She was very informative to my inquiry and got me connected with a Specialist who kindly worked with my schedule to meet at our mountain property. Chaase & his team were phenomenal! Very professional & quick to respond to phone calls & emails. We had extensive damage from ice dams. Their mitigation & repair work was outstanding. Highly recommend!

While we were away, we had a massive water break that destroyed over 2 floors of our place before it was discovered. Called Disaster Response and they were on it right away. From removal of furnishings offsite to stripping walls and floors, repairing pipes, making the electrical safe again, and drying everything out, they did it all quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Great team to work with.

The team at McCall Disaster Response has been great. They pay attention to detail and they are as careful as they can be handling personal items. Although every part of the process has taken time, they were there when we needed them. They even got started with our project in an off grid location were only a snow machine could go. Everyone we have met from McCall Disaster response has been friendly, respectful, thorough and have gone the extra mile for us. everyone was very professional and good at their jobs....from carefully taking cedar walls and ceilings apart so they could be reused, labeling them, to putting 'humpty dumpty', the puzzle, back together again. it took longer than i was hoping, but there were many disasters in the area at the same time.

Disaster Response was geat! They mitigated our emergency issue and worked with our insurance company to plan the repair and claim details. We would definitely use them again.

The team went above and beyond to complete our roof project. We are now free of ice dams and have a properly insulated home. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the level of service we were provided. Top notch work!

They were quick to initially respond to my situation.
They brought a large team and quickly removed the sewer water, pulled the carpet, and removed other damaged items.
Since then, they have;
o Been slow to respond
o They have an all or none attitude to the remediation efforts.
o Billing was insufficient for my insurance.
o When billing detail was requested via email, my request was ignored. It took a follow up telephone conversation.

I need my roof repaired. Austin was very professional and timely in lining up my project. They worked closely with my insurance company to allocate the funds needed. The roofers he (Austin) had on the job were impeccable. By that i mean clean, professional& courteous. They picked up after themselves daily. You wouldn't even know they were here except for my brand new shiny roof.Austin was there every step of the way making sure i was completely satisfied in the end. thank you Disaster Response!

My crawl flooded and drowned my furnace eliminating my ability to keep my house warm for my new born son to sleep comfortably. The warm hearted team at Disaster Response didn't hesitate to get right on it and do everything necessary for my family to have a safe comfortable place to rest our heads. I came home with my friend and found that her house had been flooded while she was away on a trip. Came back from CDA and my water heater had sprung a leak that went in to the wall and flooded my bathroom, laundry room, and guest bedroom and had leaked into my basement.
