We called disaster response to look at our floor to determine if there was water damage and to what extent. Fabian was very personable and friendly When I called. He got Brandon to come the same day. Brandon was very efficient and straight forward. This is one of the few companies who have made me feel assured and not try to get one over on us. Thank you for being timely, efficient, honest, and personable. I will use this company only from here on out.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with them. The guy in charge of our “file” let it sit for weeks before anything was done. He NEVER called when he said he would, in fact I talked to him on the phone once, with my husband in which he said “ oh did you tattle on me?” He was full of excuses and once I fired him (the company) I got a list of more excuses. The big boss man called to try and soothe things over. He took accountability for how poorly our case was handled. He said he would send us all the estimates and stuff from our file and NEVER did. They’ve been a complete disappointment.

We hired these guys to come clean up and repair our home after a flood. The people we worked with were real nice, but the actual repairs they did were less than great. Our insurance paid them thousands of dollars to rebuild our floor and put new flooring in. After having to live in a hotel for two months, we were so happy to get into our house. The rebuild team was very pushy telling us we had to sign off on the project right away. So we signed it. After being in our house a few weeks, I've noticed our floor moves in several places. The flooring doesn't match at all what we had prior. I can get over the flooring not matching, but the fact that my floor moves all throughout my home, is not ok. These guys begged me to give them a good review, and I would have, had the job been done correctly and not in a hurry.

These guys are the best! They got to us quickly, even though it was super early in the morning. They are very professional, but kind and friendly. They worked really hard, quickly removing damaged material, and getting our home on the mend. We are so glad we called them!

I came home to a flooded basement after a 12 hr shift and overwhelmed doesn’t begin to cover the feeling. They had guys out within the hour getting the water drained, they continued the drying process for weeks and have kept in constant contact via text and calls. Specifically, huge shout out to Levi and Seth! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing and thorough they’ve been throughout this experience! I could not have made a better choice and I’ll be keeping them for the reconstruction process.

I am grateful for the great service we were given by the whole DR Team, from the initial emergency call, inspection, dryout, to repairs. They worked closely with insurance and helped the process go smoothly on our end. The repairs were done with great skill with all repairs matching existing finish and colors very well. Their communication was refreshing as we were always in the know and knew what to expect, and their delivery was as promised.

Awful company. Pretended to care until they felt my home insurance wasn’t going to pay them enough to bank off my misfortune, so they decided after a month to no longer work on the project without even having the decency to notify me directly. I was waiting to hear from them and never did, all the while hoping mold wasn’t forming in my home. They also charged for water removal work that they didn’t even do and instead my boyfriend got completely finished before they even arrived. They’re out to profit only, not out to genuinely help people in need. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had a water leak under our bath tub and had to have a quote for our insurance. They were quick to respond and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We used RestoClean for a water leak and was left in a mess for over 6 months. We reached out to Disaster Response and the project is DONE beautifully after 2 weeks, for less than what we were quoted with Resto Clean. They spent 4 days working on the job, had a great team of guys who communicated extremely well, and exceeded our expectations! We will never use a different company after having this amazing experience! Thank you Disaster Response for being AMAZING and professional, and for finally giving us that section of our house back!!!

This company should be called "When we feel like showing up Disaster Response". A professional company would have given me a timeline and an idea of when they were going to do the work. I called them at 10:40am on a regular business day and they didn't show up until 3pm after a massive water leak. They then stood around taking photos and setting up a few fans and 1 dehumidifier until 5pm. They also put a few styrofoam risers under some furniture and left everything else to rot on the wet floors. When I asked them why they weren't shop vaccing they informed me my husband said he didn't need the help (a lie). When we made it clear we wanted them to remove the standing water, they said the air handler would take care of it (despite the fact that they hadn't moved thousands of dollars in furniture and equipment that was blocking the way (and getting ruined). At 5pm they went home. They are great at administration and smooth talk over the phone but not at actually doing the work. When we discovered they weren't actually going to provide same day service at 4:30, we started removing sopping wet ceiling tiles to allow the air movers and a dehumidier (which they did not provide for the basement). water stains were present on the ceiling, then they informed me the reasons they couldn't do any work was because of the mold. Since we had only seen the water stains at 4:30pm, this didn't make sense at all. The crew leader told us insurance companies don't like to pay for overtime (so much for 24 hour service!) Next day, I told the rep "Ron" that we had removed the furniture, ceiling tiles, and cleaned up the water ourselves and I wanted to delay any actual work by them until we spoke with our insurance rep. He texted that they would give us a bill and come over to remove the fans (rather than leave them in place until the situation was resolved with insurance). If you want stress and further property damage added to an otherwise extremely stressful situation, call Disaster Response of Fruitland.

We needed to have someone look at an area under our sink to make sure there was no potential damage from mold. The technician was on time for the appointment and offered to where booties on his feet upon entry into the house. The tech was very thorough and polite with the job at hand. Everything went great. I would recommend this company to anyone if need be.

I want to begin this review by saying that it dealing with Ron and his clean up crew was wonderful. Our basement flooded one night, and they were out first thing the next morning to begin the clean up and the drying process. They were quick and efficient, kept us well informed on what was going on. My problem comes in with the accounting side of this company. They took well over a month and a half to get us an invoice for the services. I had the invoice for 14 business days, waiting for us to get paid so I could pay this bill (it is a rather large bill as you would expect to get for these kinds of services), and I get an email and certified letter saying that they are going to put a lien on my property for non payment. Really?!? You take 45 days to get me the bill and then give me 14 business days to pay it?? We are self employed and do a lot of business with big companies, we have never once had a company only give us 14 business days to pay a bill. Let alone threaten to put a lien on us for non payment after that short of a time. Will not be recommending them to any friends or family.

These guys were amazing, I called on Monday to have some water cleaned up they were out here on Thursday 8:30 a.m. and in less than 2 hours it was all cleaned up. And they did not overcharge me as most companies would have. Definitely recommend and definitely would use them again.

I would give these guys a billion stars if I could. Our water softener flooded part of our house and the team came out quickly and communicated clearly what needed to happen, what they were going to do, and what to plan for during the process. They dried everything as fast as they could and tried to make the area as livable as possible for us, even though things were torn up. I am currently very pregnant and have a messy, busy toddler and they got us on their remodeling schedule as fast as they could so we could have our bedroom and laundry room back before the baby, I cannot express how thankful I am for that washer and dryer to be back! Everything looks amazing and they made sure to pay attention to all the details. Everyone that worked on the house was kind and professional. They always called and communicated their time frames before they showed up, and then they did show up when they said they would, which isn’t always the case with contracted services. Ron clearly explained everything we had to do throughout the process with insurance as well and he quickly answered any questions we had. I highly, highly recommend and will always have a good thing to say about this business!

From start to finish Disaster Response did a great job. They were very attentive to our needs and were extremely careful to keep our home clean while working on it. Additionally Ron Osborne kept us up to date on all of the different aspects of the repair. I highly recommend Disaster Response.

At first they are good people. They helped us with a leak in the front. They covered the roof. Then when the tarp was off and new leaks. They was to busy or was waiting for insurance. They never evan wanted to come look at the new leak. The manger got rude after a while because the size of screws they used to hold the tarp was enormous. It would of been duffer if they would of looked at the situation and explain about the tarp. All I wanted was the tarp to cover my roof so no more leaks but it didn't happened.

Travis Lewis and RJ Fowler performed the inspections and work agreed on. they were polite, professional and responsive to any questions or concerns of the owners. A portion of the exterior wall was removed and the interior wall and insulation was done. They installed new siding, caulked and repainted as needed. They also repaired and replaced the plumbing vent pipe penetration roof boots when found old and cracking. All being considered they did an excellent job for us. Ron was extremely quick coming after our flooding happened-20 minutes after I called. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He advised me on all options and helped me come up with a plan to move forward with. I would definitely recommend him and this company!

The team from the Fruitland store of Disaster Response showed up within hours of making the call for water damage. they preformed their duties quickly and professionally and where extremely optimistic about the repair process. I felt like I had called my friends over to help me fix my problem. I am very appreciative and thankful for their ability to relate and be empathetic to my wife and I.

Disaster Response of Fruitland came quickly on July 3rd when I discovered my flooding. I called and they said it would take about 1 1/2 hours for them to get a team together. They were here sooner than that. Very professional and courteous. They explained what they would be doing to what to expect. Set the big fans up for 5 days and came every day to check and take readings. When it was dry they began repairs. They did a great job and always notified me when they were coming and how long it would take them to get here. If they couldn't come they called when they said they would. The best was they cleaned up after themselves! Great job done.

Superior Custom Service!!! Everyone that came to the house was courteous and friendly. All of my questions and concerns were met with patience and experienced knowledge. Now more educated about the process, Disaster Response will definitely be the FIRST call I make!!

We figured we would be at least six months before getting things back together, but we would have never thought life would be back to normal after just a few weeks and that was with me making extra requests and even expecting excellent workmanship. And then there's Sophia! This lady carried me through this day by day sorting through all of our personal loss. Things were a little slow to start with, but once Chaase took over the project, everything was taken care of. Chaase did a good job of coordinating the repair work and notifying me in advance of the work. Pete took the time to explain my insurance coverage, since I had never filed a homeowner's claim before. We had some headaches trying to figure out the final bill vs. insurance payments, but we got it figured out to my satisfaction. Overall, I recommend their services and I am happy with the final result.

We used Disaster Response after discovering water damage in an extra bedroom. We could not be happier with the service we received & end result. We worked directly with Chaase Tabuso & he was great! When my house burned down, I was referred to Disaster Response by my nephew-in-law. They showed up quickly and immediately got to work. We recently had an emergency situation where an unknown water leak under our house collapsed our kitchen floor. Even though it was a Friday afternoon at 4:00 Brett was at our door accessing the sitation within 30 minutes, totally blew me away with how fast he responded. With a 14 month and a 4 year old a hole in the floor could of become a serious safety hazard. Not only did he work directly with the insurance adjusters but he also got right to work repairing the floor. They even moved our appliances back in each night so we could continue a some what normal life. Talk about a professional, dependable and trustworthy set of guys.
