Dom was great to work with. He was extremely well organized and appeared to have everything scheduled perfectly. We experienced no delays during the entire project. He was helpful in making decisions for things that we weren't sure about and had helpful suggestions when we brought up an idea. He did a good job of keeping the project within budget.
We initially liked the design of the homes built by Aspen Flat that had already been under contract or previously sold. We continued to consider the designs as something we wanted having already owned several homes we wanted to start with a great layout and design. Once another build of theirs came available we ended up making an offer and buying it! The decision was a great choice. The house is amazing and the design and construction are both excellent!
