Dom was great to work with. He was extremely well organized and appeared to have everything scheduled perfectly. We experienced no delays during the entire project. He was helpful in making decisions for things that we weren't sure about and had helpful suggestions when we brought up an idea. He did a good job of keeping the project within budget.

We initially liked the design of the homes built by Aspen Flat that had already been under contract or previously sold. We continued to consider the designs as something we wanted having already owned several homes we wanted to start with a great layout and design. Once another build of theirs came available we ended up making an offer and buying it! The decision was a great choice. The house is amazing and the design and construction are both excellent!

We purchased a home in McCall from Aspen Flat Construction earlier this year and couldn’t be happier. The home has a well thought out floor plan, great construction and every detail meticulously thought of. Didn’t need to change a thing - loved every interior/exterior design
decision. Any question we have had they have been super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this builder. Overall, the home is well built, well designed and is a great value.

As we had a good experience with Aspen Flat last year we hired them again for an interior remodel this year and quite the opposite situation took place. We started in May and was told we'd be done end of June. After piece meal work taking place the first couple months, we were ignored and brushed off most of the year and were finally told in November that they just didn't have time for us anymore and the bigger projects were more important. Now trying to finish the remaining construction on my own. Not happy at all about it.

We have used Aspen Flat Construction on several occasions for remodeling/updating projects in our home (new windows, new roof, rock work on a fireplace) and have been happy with their services each time. They were prompt in responding to our questions, gave us accurate bid prices, and showed up on time. They also finished the projects in a very timely manner, and to our expectations. I would recommend them to customers looking for any project from a small remodel to new home construction.
