Aspen Flat Construction

We purchased a home in McCall from Aspen Flat Construction earlier this year and couldn’t be happier. The home has a well thought out floor plan, great construction and every detail meticulously thought of. Didn’t need to change a thing - loved every interior/exterior design
decision. Any question we have had they have been super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this builder. Overall, the home is well built, well designed and is a great value.

As we had a good experience with Aspen Flat last year we hired them again for an interior remodel this year and quite the opposite situation took place. We started in May and was told we'd be done end of June. After piece meal work taking place the first couple months, we were ignored and brushed off most of the year and were finally told in November that they just didn't have time for us anymore and the bigger projects were more important. Now trying to finish the remaining construction on my own. Not happy at all about it.

Aspen Flat Construction did a wonderful job on updating my home. I was very pleased with the results. They were very professional and did high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.
