DGI just redid my roof and they did a great job! They had to replace all of the roof sheathing, shingles & roofing membrane, and it was all done with high quality materials and in a timely, accurate manner. Tony, his Service Manager, Jin and Service Technician, Osman were extremely professional and knowledgeable and communicated well during the entire process. They have done a fantastic job replacing my roof - everything went smooth and quick. The follow-up afterwards was nice and professional to make sure everything was in place, and they answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly.

We had issues with our gutter when our homebuilder installed 5" gutters (instead of 6" gutters) on a metal roof which resulted in water shooting off the roof onto our deck. It was quite a water feature every time it would rain hard. Jin came out to survey the issue and he provided us a quote which we were satisfied with.
Within a few days, Jin scheduled a team to replace our gutter and a neighbor's gutter since they were having the exact same issues. Recently, there has been heavy downpours in our area and the new 6" gutters held up and work great.

My roof was leaking after a hurricane. Inclement weather was forecasted throughout the month, I was devastated and urgent prevention was needed. Couple of my neighbors recommended DGI exteriors. Tony immediately sent his crews out within one hour after I called to diagnose the problem and repaired the roof temporarily to prevent further water damage. Soon after receiving an estimate, I was guided to contact my insurance company. Everything went very smooth and hassle-free. During the installation, I was thoroughly explained about the materials being used and benefits of having additional repairs. My roof was newly installed and finished in 4 days from the first contact. I was amazed by how quickly Tony handle this matter. Another hurricane stuck my house after the new roof, my house was completely water-proofed. Thank you Tony for the awesome job. Highly recommend this place to the fellas with old/damage roofs. Great work!

Direct Gutters was at my neighbor’s home replacing gutters, however, they blocked my driveway, I’m next door. When I asked them to move they refused. They told me they didn’t care if I call the police. They blocked my entire driveway from 8:55a to 9:35a, they moved when the police arrived. I missed my 9:30a appt due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism. They continued blocking my driveway, unloading, walking across my property.

I contracted Direct Gutter Inc. to clean up the front gutter of our house and install gutter guards on it. I made a request on their website, and Brian came to our house literally in a couple of hours to provide the estimate. The works were scheduled for the next morning, and by 9:30am I had my gutters all taken care of. I am glad I can forget about climbing 15ft up to clean them every year. The guys even provided pictures "before" and "after" - it was very helpful. I am very pleased with Direct Gutter service - quick, quality, and at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Hired Direct Gutter to fix a leak in my ceiling. Paid them $325, they came out and taped something but my ceiling still leaks. When I called to ask about coming back out they said I only paid to fix half the problem because I haggled on the price. My ceiling is still leaking.
