I am not happy to write this poor review as i once had a good impression of this company. DiPietri installed Duradek and railings on my rooftop deck approx 4-5 years ago. Nice job and i would have recommended them then. Over time, it appears that part of the Duradek faded. I called DiPietri approximately 4 weeks ago and he answered! I was happy to speak with him. I asked if he could stop by and look at his work and check to make it sure it was still ok and specifically for the part that faded. He said his company is always in my area and they could stop by. I told him i would pay him for his inspection. He said if i did not hear from to call in two weeks. I did not hear back and i have since called and emailed repeatedly to no avail.. I called Mid Atlantic Duradek to get another recommendation since Dipietri appears to have ghosted me. Mid Atlantic Duradek said they no longer do business with DiPeitri because of communication problems with them. So i am not sure what to think about all this. It is not very professional of them to not return calls or email. Telling me they will not help me is better than having me wait and wait to hear from them. It is not professional if they are no longer involved with Duradek and did not tell me so. They should also update their website if this is the case. It is also unprofessional that they will not back up the work they previously did. This is a shame because i once had a very good impression of them.

I have been working and using Dipietri contractors for probably 25 years. Phenomenal company to work with as they have helped saved me a lot of troubles with my rental properties. I would recommend this company to anyone and have recommended to several family and friends. Contracting is a tough business but Giorgio helps make any job easier.
I am not the type of landlord that likes to babysit projects and can say that when I call Giorgio whatever issue I have is taken care of.

I’ve read some of the other reviews and I have to tell you anybody who says anything different about this company is not telling you the whole story or they are just the type of person who will never be satisfied.

Giorgio is straightforward and honest. I would never say or believe otherwise.

I had New roof done last year 2017 , a year later I’m having leaking problems , got that one straight, also screws were left in my gutters causing water to seep in garage now a 4 months later new leaking problems, still waiting on resolution, while keeping a bowl in place for rain leakage.. Giorgio didn’t do any of my work, but the guys that did were nice , but that doesn’t count when your brand new is roof is leaking after a year..my former original roof didn’t leak until after 23 years
I will write s completion review once the work is completed..

After writing ✍️ my first review Giorgio got over here had his repair guy come over and fix the leaking water that was coming in. With the down pour of rain 10-11-18 certainly tested the repair work . Glad to say it didn’t get inside ....

I have a 10 year warranty on this roof once this problem is resolved it’s only been five years I will rewrite this with you but right now I am not happy…..

I had a house fire August 2016. Mr. Dipietri came out and assured me he could do all the work at the agreed price of my insurance companies estimate. After 3 months waiting on his Architecht we were ready to begin, so I thought!! He asked me for 5k to order some materials before the first insurance check arriived. The first insurance check arrived about a month later. He never ordered one piece of wood or touched my house. I gave him 50k and he began to work on my house. I asked for my 5k back several times and I finally got it back 5 months later. I have him another 50k from my insurance company and he barely touched my house. My temporary housing was up July 31 2017. He assured me in April it would take 60 days to finish my house. Oct of 2017 my house still isn't done. Horrible business man and a rip off contractor. The amateur work he did was pathetic and unacceptable!! I have pics I can send of the horrible work he did. I am going to court and this nightmare continues!!! DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
