The team that came out to do the install were professional and cleaned up after themselves. From the beginning to the end, DiGorgi made the entire process easy. Highly recommend! Did work on the roof they claim, left a huge scaffold there for weeks. The roof completely damaged leaving holes throughout with no disregard leaving mounds of water coming through the ceiling falling on a 2yr old during a really bad storm. Did not remove moss as discussed, just scrapped it. As a “roofing company” this is disgraceful you should have more pride about the work you put out despite how they come about. Did not repair the chimney as discussed and ignored all calls. I would never do business with this company. Yes, seems pretty wholesome was very moved by the workers stories of how they were giving a great opportunity for work being new to the county, however, these folks aren’t professional, they just take orders. These things need skill not just someone who follow directions. Typical Money hungry company, that lacks integrity. If they can get away with not doing or completing something, trust me, they will.

We had 10 windows replaced by the DiGiorgi team. An outstanding and thorough job! Definitely will hire them for future work.

A friend had suggested I contact Digiorgi for a quote as they had had work done by them with regards to gutter guards.
I took the advice and contacted them to set up an appointment expecting a top notch Contractor.
A Representative showed up at the agreed time to discuss a quote for gutter guard installation.
The Representative was insulting to me claiming me my gutter installer was less than professional and the guards would cost us us 4k on newly installed gutters,

I am a homeowner who has had terrible experience after terrible experience trying to fix a leak in the masonry of my chimney. I have had countless roofing companies out, masonry companies out, and we have gone as far as to replace the entire chimney (above roofline) and a part of the roof, a bunch of re seals, we even added specialty drains at the recommendation of another terrible company. After tens of thousands of wasted dollars and companies who never stood behind their work or products, I admit I was less than trusting and completely jaded.
My neighbors had their roof replaced by DiGiorgi and referred me to call. I did. Rachel in the roofing department assisted me offering to send out their service manager Jay to do a free inspection and see what we could do. She spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Jay came out to inspect and right away he sent a quote. I was still traumatized and untrusting. So Jay took the time out to go through each and every single photo he took on my roof with me over the phone, and then Rachel wrote an extremely detailed email explaining each of the photos. The moment that I knew this company and its people were different, was when she took the time to find comparable jobs they had completed with photos to show me what a properly sealed chimney looks like so I could see that the work done on my chimney prior was not. Needless to say, I was sold, the proof was in the pictures! One thing that stands out to me is Rachel telling me, “peter- if we gain anything out of this, we hope to gain your trust. That’s what our company is built upon.” That hit home. Thank you Jay for changing my wrongful judgement, thank you Rachel for taking the time to ease my mind and going above and beyond for your customer even before a dollar was received. Thank you to DiGiorgi for all the work you do to stay different in a sea of people who are the same. Bravo.

This company works really well! They were responsive the first time I called, sent an evaluator who showed up on time (+ points for that!), and the office staff was communicative about scheduling. They were easy to contact and gave straight, clear answers. When I traveled, they put my order on hold and got it back on the schedule the week after I returned. The workers who showed up did a complete job and did not leave a mess. They fixed a partially installed window frame and siding on the house that was damaged. They worked hard to match the siding I already have and I can't tell the difference.
Payment was easy: over the phone with one call, or I could have done it online, using the email link to the invoice. If needed, I would definitely work with them again. Highly recommend.

Live at Greenview condos in east haven. They did siding we have 34 units. Ever since they did the siding we all have drafts in are units. The siding was iver priced golf balls hit it and we have cracks holes they told us it was hightest grade siding. I've seen egg shells thicker. Horrible job they did they said it was warranty they haven fixed anything. They contacted it out to a crew that totally had no clue or supervision. They totally have no care took the money and ran. . I wouldn't recommend them . Very shady

Very satisfied with the new window installation. The Marvin windows look great and work well. The installation crew completed the job within a week. Twenty plus windows, a new front door, and two porch sliding French doors. All debris was cleaned from the inside and outside of the house. I would not hesitate to use DiGiorgi for a future project.

Had two new screen doors installed among many other services in the past including garage doors, new roof, etc. Their work is always guaranteed and the guys do an amazing job!

12-Roofing Shingles crew members arrived at 7AM and worked 10-12 hours. 2 Roofing Shingles crew members returned the next day to finish the job! People who know me ask "how much $$" when I tell them, their response is "ooh sounds expensive" My Reply is "it's expensive if I have to replace the roof shingles in 15 years, it's a good price if I don't have to replace until 2065!" I did contact SIX contractors and three never gave me a detailed written estimate. I did get THREE estimates before making my decision. One company was very close in pricing (less by $500 dollars) BUT had horrible Google Reviews "Bait & Switching" One company "very well advertised bill boards etc" is no longer FAMILY OWNED; an Wall Street Capitalist purchased them, but is keeping the name. I picked Di Giorgi because they were in my opinion the best option!

First and foremost, I would have to say that DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding was by far very easy to work with. Our home was built 25 years ago and we needed to replace the roof this year.

After interviewing several roofing contractors. I kept coming back to choosing DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding due to their reputation and the fact that they’ve been around for 90+ years.

Anthony Jamele, our salesman, was very professional, thorough with his quote and he worked with us to arrive at an agreed-upon price.

Next, the roofing installers, led by Carlos and his team, were also very professional and cleaned our yard every day after what they removed from the roof. After three days, our roof was replaced and is now beautiful to look at. Carlos and his team took pride in their work and paid attention to every detail of installing the new roof. (Carlos is an artist when it comes to replacing the flashing on the chimney with new copper flashing).

Lastly, we also replaced our gutters and had new Rain Tech gutter guards installed. Just like Anthony, Carlos and his team, the installers for the new gutters (Julio, Jeff, Tito and Paul) were all very professional and paid close attention to every detail of installing the gutters and the Rain Tech gutter guards.

I called DiGiorgi right after my shower flooded with damage in 2 areas of my home. They were able to meet with me immediately to determine my estimate for repairs in the bathroom and kitchen. Once the water mitigation process was complete, they started on the repairs. The first phase was the drywall repair in the kitchen. Lauro and his crew did a great job, the walls and ceiling look great. They were extra careful to cover and isolate the area to protect the rest of the room from dust during the work. Ron S and Alex S are handling the necessary info for my home owners insurance and setting up the next steps of the repairs. I appreciate DiGiorgi's quick response to help me during this stressful time and the frequent communication with me. Phase two is next, and I feel confident in having DiGiorgi during this reconstruction phase.

DiGiorgi installed a Provia top of the line entry door for our home. The product looks great. The installation was performed in one day. A couple small issues we had was addressed and fixed quickly. The expert installers were friendly and explained the process as they progressed with the installation. We have used DiGiorgi for roof replacement and siding replacement. We have been customers of DiGiorgi since 2017, when they installed a new roof on our house. Then until now, they have been one of the best contractors we have worked with. This is a company with values and integrity that offers a fair price, does quality work, stands behind their jobs and cares about customer service. We recently asked them to come out and inspect an issue with our roof after a branch fell and broke through to the plywood. The company rearranged their schedule to visit us ASAP, repaired the site quickly, provided a courtesy inspection to confirm the rest of the roof was still in good shape AND, after all that, offered to fully cover the cost of the repair as a customer service gesture. The issue clearly did not fall under the DiGiorgi warranty, because it was an act of nature, but DiGiorgi takes ownership of the work they do and cared that our roof was taken care of. When we originally purchased our roof we first met with 4 or 5 contractors and ultimately selected DiGiorgi. We are very glad we made that decision.

DiGiorgi replaced my home’s roof—a relatively complex job—several years ago and did a beautiful, professional job. In the intervening years a couple of minor issues arose (no, not a leak), which they took care of promptly, professionally, and without extra charge. They are ethical pros from top to bottom, and I could not recommend them more highly. Worth every penny!

Friendly, hard working crew. Job seemed all well done EXCEPT clean up of nails. MANY nails left all around gardens and barn! Even inside horse's stall and outside area which was UNSAFE for my horse!!! I did alot of cleanup myself! After sharing my complaint with roofing manager, he sent someone out to follow up.

Excellent. I’m a senior who had a smaller gutter job on a small old house, yet they treated my job as important. They did a free, accurate estimate, honored their schedule and installed quality materials. They cleaned up and hauled the old gutters away. Their professionals were expert, skilled, and personable. It is wonderful to meet honest hardworking people who take pride in their work, however small the job and be treated well, even though I’m not rich.
