Great work at an amazing price!
They stopped, inspected, and quoted a price for repair without me even having to be home.
Excellent communication with customers. I've had them over for 2 minor repairs and had them swap out our old skylight.
Once we need a whole roof replacement, we're definitely contacting Dick's.

Highly recommend! Professional, on-time, clear and concise, no talking out two sides of the mouth. Easy to understand quotes. Friendly with small town vibe. Excellent pricing. Has many years of experience and knows what they are doing; understands good and bad quality roof installations. Dependable. Would have been 5 stars if not for two flat tires (one leading to a tire replacement) for nails left in our driveway. Do not hesitate to use!

I recently had Dick's Roofing do a 50% tear off and replacement of my roof. From the time that I first contacted them, I could not have been more happy. They came to the house within one day to do an inspection and prepare an estimate. They suggested some changes to help the roof drain better and the attic vent properly. I received the estimate within 24 hours (which was very competitive). Once I authorized the work, they provided me with a projected work date and kept me updated based on their workload and weather delays. On the scheduled day, they arrived promptly with a full crew and went to work on the job. They completed the work in one day, cleaned up the entire roof and perimeter of the house without disturbing the foliage or landscaping. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. Very happy with results. On time & very neat. Color looks great --with my home. Only issue was it started to rain so the guys had to stop (safety first!), but someone failed to close the gates & my dogs got out. They did come back to help find the dogs but neighborhood kids helped me before so dogs got home safe but tired from their unscheduled run. So always check the gate before letting dogs out to their fenced-in yard. I didn't because I use a walker. All the workers apologized next morning.

But all in all I'm satisfied with the service & quality work.

Dicks Roofing always comes through, and they do an excellent job of communicating and getting the job done efficiently and quickly.

Great people. Quality workmanship and upfront about what needs to be done. I had them check my main roof because of its age. They could have sold me a new roof but told me the roof was fine. They have very helpful in dealing with roof issues on a sunroom addition.

We received a reasonable quote from them within two days and signed the contract right away. We heard back with a set date within 4 days and they were at our home within two weeks. They finished the job in one day and their cleanup was meticulous. Super organized and very efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Had a hard time finding the leak came back multiple times until they figured it out. Awesome guys. I really appreciate it.

Long story short, recently bought a home in April. I was told the roof was 10 years old. Six weeks after living there I had a major roof leak with actual water coming into my home, in several places, every time it rained. Jeremy came out to my home, completed a full inside and outside inspection. We determined at that time a full tear off was needed and ASAP. Jeremy followed up with the crew (and also me) on day of installation to be sure everything was going smoothly. The crew did a phenomenal job. I am still impressed on how well they cleaned up. Honest and fair price for the work. This was a complete roof replacement and the workers were courteous and efficient. It was a big job and it was completed in less than 2 days. The cleanup was very good as well.

Had a persistent leak that was there since skylight was installed. Steve was herr a couple times and we finally solved the issue. Thanks Steve for getting to root of problem.

Our go to guys. Roofed three of our homes over the years. Very detail oriented, quick service. Big jobs, little jobs, always able to serve. They do everything...our gutter system is outstanding. And , of course, Katie is awesome with communications and keeping all those guys hopping.

The gentleman that came out was professional, friendly, thorough and quick. I had a lot going on inside the house at the time and he introduced himself, then got right to work. I needed several repairs from wind, and storm damage and he fixed everything right up. I need to add, he did it right, the first time. How do I know? Well, we've had several storms since with accompanying downpours and not a single one of the former problems have re-occurred. Job well done, with great communication and excellent craftsmanship. I would like to give them a nothing. Came out to do estimate and after 4 phone calls still no estimate and no explanation. Can’t even leave message on their answering machine cuz it’s full.
Do not understand their business model at all unless it is to ignore potential customer till they go away being tired of trying to contact them. I’ll take business elsewhere.

We were so pleased with the roof/gutters they did for us several years ago so we absolutely knew who to call for gutters on our detached garage. They were prompt, answered all of our questions, made suggestions for moving downspouts and left the area spick and span when finished. I made the first contact on a Thursday and the job was complete by noon the following Monday.

Had a leak in our roof and Dick’s came out right away to look at it. They were very professional, courteous and did a great job.
I would definitely use them again.

I had repair work done on the front of my garage recently. The worker replaced some of the trim work around my garage door that I had damaged and also replaced some badly rotted wood. He was very nice, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. It looks great ! I will be calling them in the future when needed !

Great company to work with! I give five stars on the roof work, the clean up, the office staff, and the EASY no pressure sales guy. I brought it down to 4 stars because some of my gardens were affected by the tarps they laid down causing some moderate die off that is going to cost me to replace. That's a bummer but the roof is looking great and that's the key.

I called Dick’s and they answered right away, I tried another roofing company first by recommendation, 3x’s I called and they never called me back, I’m really happy with Ron, he gave me an estimate Friday and he patched it until he could get it done Monday. It rained Saturday so I was very grateful, and they picked up after themselves also the guys had to put up with my barking dogs, I will definitely use them again!

We had the entire roof replaced--including most of the decking and all of the gutters. They were able to coordinate the 3-day project and finish on time.

Rick was very professional, courteous and completed the repair very quickly and efficiently. Because I had extra shingles left, it was even less expensive than my quoted price!! Way to go!!

Only complaint is that thean eho came to hang the gutters strived after 5 pm. After he already put in a long day of work. We asked him to come back earlier in the day..someone finally showed up 3 days later.

Just met with Jeff, the president of the company. He came through, measured and was very clear with what to expect if we would choose to go with his company re:window and door installations. Company follows covid guidelines which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend this company to others who are in need of roofs windows and doors.

Professional assessment of gutters and facing, in addition to challenging issue with water leaking from a second-floor balcony into the ceiling below. Prompt, professional service, successfully fixed the leak and the gutters look fantastic. Highly recommended!

I received an estimate from them last year. I've called 3 times with in 2 weeks inquire on how much more the estimate would be since it's been a year and to go ahead and schedule and get the it done. Got the answering service each time. I left messages each time no call back not to even say hey got you messages it super busy and it will be ...... days till I can get that info to you.

I don't know the quality of their workmanship but only can basis it on Customer service so I have a feeling I dodged a bullet.

Terrible experience.

Inadequate repair/service caused further damages and even after admission of faulty install, they refused to pay for their mistakes, leading me to call a different company to fix their screw up. Customer service was worse, as they didn’t want to even listen.

Would never trust them or give a recommendation to anyone I know.
