EXPENSIVE FOR NOVICE LEVEL WORK! ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU NEVER HEAR BACK!
Hired Diamond roofing to replace entire roof and repair damaged underpayment, fascia/sub fascia, and a cracked rafter. The roof was done in one day but poorly.

There was several places where the shingles were sticking upon the edge of the roof. We were promised by Diamond roofing they would be fixed. They never came back.

I finally had to fix it myself. Had to cut the nails between sub fascia
And rafters to pry rafters even with fascia as rafters were holding up the shingles. While working on this I discovered that when replacing the plywood underpayment they did not extend it over the sub fascia as it should. This makes the edge of the roof feel spongy as the plywood is only on the rafters. In a lot of places the roof edge is only held on by the ice and water shield since no plywood to nail to. Pretty sure the did not fix the rafter while they the roof open.

Called Chris at Diamond roofing. He did not answer so left a voice mail explaining the problems several weeks ago. No word back from him.

Paid a lot of money to get this done correctly. Should have done it myself. Would have taken me more time but it would have been done to code.

Called for them to come out to give estimate on replacing my roof, said that they would come out in half hour to an hour. 4 hours later had not shown up and when tried to call went straight to voicemail. Never heard back. Won't use them now even if they do call back because it shows that they are unreliable and won't do what they say.

Diamond Roofing, Chris and Grandson are on the ball. Very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. My husband and I would use them in the future.

Chris with Diamond Roofing worked with my insurance company to make sure that I had the best quote possible for a completely new roof. He was quick to deliver roofing samples to my house so I could choose the color I wanted. I actually wanted a different color than the samples, and he worked with the ACC/POA to get the color approved. He takes care of all approvals needed within the city so I as the homeowner don't have to worry about anything! His team was on-time, professional, and completed the job in a very timely manner.
I will use this company again in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Diamond Roofing finished our roof replacement in a neat and orderly fashion, economically and efficiently. They have my recommendation.
