I recently had the pleasure of working with Bengard Roofing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable.

When I first contacted BJ, he was quick to respond and scheduled an inspection at a time that was convenient for me. The inspection was thorough, and they took the time to explain their assessment and provide a detailed, transparent estimate. I appreciated their honesty and the absence of any pushy sales tactics.

We asked Bengard Roofing to come look at our roof after a hail storm a few years back. Fortunately we didn’t need any replacement but it was nice to not to try to be oversold. I know the owner personally and he is an outstanding individual who would go above and beyond to help a customer! I would refer them to any friend!

Prompt response right after a storm for a very small job. Honest about roof condition with no sales pitch. Will call back for replacement in a few years.

Bengard roofing did an excellent job!! I asked for an estimate and got it the same day! And his estimate was lower than any of the others that I got. My roof was in pretty bad shape and it had been raining a lot. So I asked BJ if he could come earlier than scheduled. He did my roof early and on a Saturday! His team showed up exactly on time and got my roof done in 4 1/2 hours! They cleaned everything up well. This is an excellent roofing company!

We wish we had known of B.J. & Bengard Roofing when we arranged to have our shingles replaced this summer. Instead, we went with an individual out of Grimes, and we paid a price. The “1-day” job turned into 4-days with half of the roof exposed and thunderstorms approaching. Luckily, my neighbor’s parents had had Bengard Roofing replace their roof the previous summer, and raved about the excellent, swift, professional and skilled job Bengard’s roofers did. In one day, their roof had been completely replaced and the surrounding area was totally cleaned up of all nails, debris, etc. I called B.J. immediately, and frantically shared our dilemma. (The previous year, we had invested over $75,000 into remodeling the inside of the house, and the approaching thunderstorms & bare roof threatened to destroy everything). B.J. was quick to act; he rescheduled some of his other jobs, so that they could immediately come over and rain-proof our home. Two days later, after the storms had passed, he returned with his crew and professionally re-shingled our home. It looks fantastic, and we can sleep easily now (which is something the other roofing company denied us the pleasure of). B.J. took over the worst home-remodeling event I have ever experienced and turned it into one of the best. I highly, highly recommend his services to anyone having roofing needs.
