If I could give D&H Roofing zero stars I would! I first contacted D&H Roofing to repair a major roof leak on my 2 story home in Merion Village. on December 1, 2017. I had already spent $800 and worked with 2 other "roofers" to fix the problem that began in the Spring/Summer of 2017 but wasn't realized until Oct 2017. So it's now December and my roof is still leaking. I had received D&H Roofing from a referral from my realtor so trusted that they would do quality work. Well, that didn't happen. I paid Don $425 to replace 16 shingles and fix the flashing around the chimney. Don replaced the shingles, but did not repair the flashing around the chimney. So, on Jan 21, 2018, when all the snow began to melt, I realized that again the roof was leaking in the exact same spot as before! Repeated calls and texts to Don for his help were answered with promises to look at the roof again that were never delivered. I had to call and call and each time he said he would check it out he never did. Don even stated that he arrived at my home on Jan 26, 2018 to look at the roof and couldn't find any issues. Well I was home all day on Jan 26 and didn't see or hear anyone on the roof! Needless to say, I have yet another roofer coming out today to identify the problem and hopefully fix it once and for all. Try Thumbtack! I've had great experience with the app finding quality, responsive and fair priced work from contractors. I've used a plumber and drywall so far. The contractors receive ratings from the customers that are legit and viewable to all! Good Luck!
