DFW Roofing Pro is the absolute best. Ryan gave the best service. We are under contract on home that had roof replaced a year ago. A few minor items needed to get done before closing, and the roofer took care of them under warranty And provided pictures on a great report.

Ryan, Cedric and the entire crew did an absolutely amazing job! It was a long, hot late July day, but everyone was very accommodating and patient with all the quirks of our 1960 home. Ryan and Matt were great and everything was explained fully. The roofing job was very good and everything was done on time. Everyone at the company was polite and professional.

First of all, I did not want to go down this road and I was dreading the thought of filing a claim with my insurance company for the hail storm and wind damage my home suffered June 1, 2025. DFW Roofing Pro made the process so simple! Adam, DFW's Roofing Sales Advisor, came to my home and assessed the damage. He explained the process and together we called my insurance company and filed the claim. My insurance company asked several questions... came out and assessed the damage and DFW Roofing Pro was there every step of the way, with either a call, email or text, answering my questions and continuing to reassure me of the process which was super quick! I kept in contact with Adam as well as met and spoke with others within the company. When I met with one of their Project Managers Matthew, we clicked immediately. He was so nice! Matthew helped coordinate the repairs as the work to replacing my roof and damage began. He was thoughtful and engaging with my chronically ill son whom is also autistic. Can you believe my roof was replaced in one day!?! Mathew stopped by a few times, checked on us, made sure that the guys had everything that they needed and everything was fixed properly and cleaned up well! Also during this process, I met Alexa, DFW's Director Of Production. Alexa was amazing! She helped so much with coordinating, scheduling and executing tasks to ensure my home was completed in a timely manner. She helped me understand what my insurance covered and what wasn't. We discussed how to proceed when the weather wasn't cooperative, and I absolutely loved how easy it was to get in touch with the team and quickly resolve any hiccups along the way. Alexa was wonderful, taking care of our needs and she always responds quickly, going above and beyond what I would consider exceptional service already! Our home looks amazing, and I could not have asked for a better family oriented company! If you are looking for an excellent roofing company, that is honest with great integrity, I highly recommend DFW Roofing Pro. 100%

Had some minor issues after roofing. Ryan was out immediately. Ryan and Adrian were excellent with their help. And crew was great too.

The staff was very helpful! Oskar made sure everything was handled and I never had to worry one bit ! Ryan was our project manager and he was informative and very helpful. I was a little apprehensive about dealing with roofers and insurance people. This was seamless and very easy. Dealing with a storm claim is never an easy process. But DFW Roofing took the reigns, went back and forth with the insurance company. I was dealing with a short time line availability and DFW got me fit in and the crew did an amazing job. Ryan was on-site the whole time during the install and walked me through a final re cap and took plenty of pictures to upload to insurance company for me as well.

Ryan Weeks works for and is the BEST! He is genuine, polite and respectful to his customers. Ryan goes above and beyond requirements for his work ethic.

DFW Roofing Pro was awesome to work with, Lindsi the Operations Manager, who really helped me out when my insurance company was saying No. She stayed on top of everything and walked me through the process step by step and kept me informed on everything via email and text.

Once we finally got it approved, Matt, and his crew came out and did a great job. My roof looks wonderful. The entire crew was very professional. Once the roof was completed they cleaned everything up. The next day Matt and Ryan to make sure the Total jack was properly secured to the exaust pipe attached to the hot water heater and checked everything out in my home to make sure it was all safe.

They made it so easy, and I’m really glad I was recommended to them. I Definitely recommend DFW Roofing Pro.

Ryan and Matthew and crew did a great job and were there for us the day of the install every step of the way to over come any obstacles that popped up like their supplier ordering the wrong shingles. They "inspected my roof" and caused damaged to roof (pulling up shingle) to show service were needed. Then they went on a long spiel that really can be summed up to the fact that they are willing to commit insurance fraud for your business. Would not ever trust them to step foot on my property ever again.

I know yall aren't shady. He was doing people a favor and removing signs that are illegal to put there.

Shady company tactics, busted red handed removing signage other companies and home owners paid for to try and remove competition. Shows their business tactics are shady, and disappointing. Currently being reported for theft. Dont let them steal from you. Also door knocking at 7am is ridiculous. Find a company that’s transparent and not lying, and being dishonest.

Hi I have made 3 roofs Possible For DWF Roofing Pro. I'll get 2 more next week. I just need my roof on. Oskar great Closer good Salesman Great Closer. Oskar don't make me sell or close. Lol Oskar is very good at his job honestly. Thanks I have never sold roofs I have made over 369,000 in a year that takes dedication selling roofs never done it I bet I'd be good at it
