I had a roof leak in my house in Henderson. Ari came out and gave me an estimate. I scheduled the date with Ashley to complete the work. Victor showed up on schedule and completed the job as discussed. Everyone was professional, communicated perfectly, and completed all work as discussed.

We developed a few severe leaks in our roof at the beginning of the year. I requested several estimates from many roofing companies. Desert Valley Roofing stood out to me from the beginning.

When their technician came out to give us an estimate, he was super helpful. He said he would give us an estimate for if no wood needed to be replaced, and also if everything needed to be replaced. They were the only company to give us a range to help us budget. They were also the only company to provide pictures of problem areas. My husband gets on the roof, but I never do, so I didn't realize how bad it was.

They also showed concern for our ac unit, because the estimate had a line about having a professional disconnect the unit. After speaking with Ashley, she gave me clear instructions and helped me understand exactly what the process would look like. They originally had me scheduled for June, but Ashley called me with an opening in May so we could get it done quicker.

They had originally told me AC would only need to be down for one day, but when the contractors said they would need it down for 2 days, I called an spoke to Ashley. They got everything sorted out and my AC was only down for one day.

The guys were very respectful and helpful. They even disposed of an old swamp cooler we hadn't used in years. They were fantastic to work with. I have no regrets working with them. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but honest, too. I was expecting to replace all the plywood, but they told us that a lot of it was still pretty good. That saved us a few thousand dollars and helped us come in under budget. Thank you SO MUCH, Desert Valley Roofing! You made such a painful process so much easier on us!

With so many roofing companies out there, it's tough to know if you picked the right one until after the job is done. This company did a great job & our new roof looks amazing! The pricing was fair & in the same range as all of the other companies we received quotes from.Their communication was good, they were on time, cleaned up their mess every day & the staff was courteous & professional.

This company is a standout in an industry that is not known for high standards. They communicate clearly and effectively. The quote process was straightforward and honest. The crew arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves every day and minimized disruption to our life. The care taken to ensure that no debris entered my pool or backyard was exceptional and it is clear that this company understands customer service. Post the re-roofing work I had my solar system re-installed and the solar team made comments to me of “The roofing company did an excellent job.” “They know what they are doing” “The roofers impressed us with the work done on your roof.” To me this is the best testimonial when one skilled labor crew speaks out about the work of another company.

I could not be happier with the results after the first week. I feel good that when the first rainstorm comes that my happiness will continue.

i will note that they are definitely not the cheapest option but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for! Highly recommended if you need roofing work.

We recently had Desert Valley Roofing replace our roof. It's a tile roof so they removed the existing tiles, then replaced the underlayment, and then put the tiles back. They did a fantastic job! They also replaced all the flashing and the edging and the metal in the valleys. All of the workers were extremely professional and courteous, and they started and finished the job exactly when they promised. Our roof looks beautiful. They take pride in their work, and it shows. We'll be recommending them to friends and neighbors. We got several bids, and we are so glad we chose Desert Valley Roofing!

I used this company to replace a roof that was damaged during a windstorm. Overall, I was happy with the way things went. They showed up early every day to work on the roof, and the roof was completed at the expected time.
The roof looks nice from what I can see. I just need to get a better view of the flat roof portion.
I would use this company again for future work.

Professional company all the way through. They stripped off my old broken tile roof and put a new shingle one on. Everything from the estimate (which I compared to two other companies) to the execution was clean and hassle-free. Communication was strong at all times. The previous roof was installed incorrectly, which was told to me up front and so there were no surprise added fees at the end of the project. It even rained and they were at the house before 6 AM and putting plastic on the roof, thankfully it was a Las Vegas rain and no damage was done, work on the room resumed that day without any major delays.

It was time to get an estimate for our 35 year old roof that had several broken tiles and some minor leaking inside. I called 2 companies for an estimate. Desert Valley came in slightly higher, but I liked their professional presentation and honesty about using the majority of our existing tiles and only replacing the rotting paper beneath. We decided to replace the entire roof with new tiles because the tile distributor no longer made our existing tiles. They had excellent communication all through the process. The roofing crew cleaned up the site daily, and the attention to detail when cutting and laying tiles was impeccable! They even painted all of the piping on the roof to match the grey tile. We love our new roof and it looks so much better than several of our neighbors who have also had their roofs replaced. We had to wait a little bit longer for them to start the job, but they were sooooo worth the wait!

My experience from the initial phone call to post job completion was outstanding! Everyone was nice, professional, thorough and great when it came to communication. It is always such a relief to have someone you know you can call when you need work done like a plumber or a mechanic and now we have a roofer :)

We purchased a home and knew we needed roof work done because of staining on the ceilings in various rooms. After receiving a few bids, we decided to contact Desert Valley Roofing since they had good reviews online. I called and after the conversation felt comfortable to have them provide a bid. We scheduled a time and later I met Ari. He was a pleasant person to work with and took some time inspecting the roof and taking measurements unlike one of the others. We had older solar panels on the roof for heating the pool which I found to be a liability since other roofers did not want to deal with them. After Ari did the inspection, he mentioned that many tiles were broken. I would suspect that happened when those panels were installed. Photos were provided which I though was great. Communications and overall professionalism are important to me so we decided to go with them. The work started on schedule. I met Chad who dropped off the lift. Very nice guy. The foreman was cool. After the job was completed photos were provided from the top. The crew cleaned up around the house. Everything looked great. Neighbors really liked the tiles and asked for a business card since they have tile issues. I gave them one plus the tile catalog I was provided. We like to thank Victor, and his workers for doing a great job, we had two layers of old Roofing that had to be removed and replaced with new shingles and add rake tile for a great look to the house. Plus new plywood and new material for the patio cover, We like to thank Jose for doing outstanding job.Our home is 43 year's old looks great.

After several years of Las Vegas winds and rainstorms, my house (built in 1989), finally sprung a minor leak, dripping onto my steps going to the upstairs. Recognizing that, at 30 years of age, and having seen several shingles blow off in previous storms, the roof probably was ready for some serious repairs, I grabbed a ladder and took a look for myself. Yup, over the leak I saw that the roof was down to the plywood sheathing, and pretty much the whole roof was worn to the point of needing replacement.

So I opened up my computer to Yelp, (sorry, Google), and was impressed by their top-notch ratings for Desert Valley Roofing. At my age (73) and inexperience, I felt that I didn't want to mess with any fly-by-night outfits and decided to go with a company that others had found to do quality work and had earned high customer satisfaction.

DVR was thoroughly professional and gave me a date for the estimate, and later, for the job itself, that they adhered to. I'll admit that they were so busy that these dates were several months into the future, but I suppose that's only to be expected when so many people want their services.

They did a bang-up job, cleaned up impeccably after each day's work, came in at a better price than the estimate, and only took 3 and a half days to completion. I would recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for a company that they can trust.

I am so pleased with all their fine work. The crew was on time & worked hard all day, except for their lunch break. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The Foreman even cleaned the walls coming down from the sky light.

I have used Desert Valley a number of times now and every time has been the same; great work, friendly, professional, punctual, have respect for your property and provides pictures of before and after the repair. I am sure there are cheaper options around town but I believe you get what you pay for and in this case, it's definitely true. On a recent resurface of a flat roof, they called to let us know they were suspending work because of rain at their location that looked like it might come our way. They would rather do the job right the first time than have dissatisfaction from the customer. You can trust them to do the right thing which isn't always the case these days. Thanks!

Before we contacted Desert Valley, We called a couple of other roofing companies
that we found on google, the first one forgot to give us an estimate!! (Never calle!) and the other gave us a “reasonable” estimate and gave us a date to start,
On the date they were supposed to start, I had to take time off work, I wound up waiting for these disorganized people for 4 hours, I made several calls to them to no avail and all I got was lame, childish excuses. (My loss of income for the wasted waiting time? Around $300)

After that awful experience we found Desert Valley Roofing.

Victor showed up the next day, he is very professional and took about 45 minutes on the roof to examin and took pictures of the the damaged areas. He clearly explained the areas that needed repairs using the pictures he had taken.
Within a couple of days we got the estimate and the start date of 7 days later which we agreed on. Ashley coordinated every thing from their office.
On the agreed date and right on time, a crue of 6 people showed up with all the necessary supplies and equipment (l must say they looked impressively professional!)
After 6 hours the job was completed and every piece of trash and debris cleaned up.
We couldn’t be happier!!
My wife and I are both business people and we truly appreciate professional people who care about satisfying the customer first and foremost!!

I have a house built in 1973 and the roof, to my knowledge, was never updated. It was a big job because everything had to be replaced. Although it ended up being well above the estimated price, which I knew would happen, I am happy that each step of the way they kept me informed and gave options, as well as helping me resolve additional problems. I literally have a brand new roof and it looks fantastic. As an insurance agent I deal with clients everyday that need referrals for home repair and I am very happy to refer Desert Valley Roofing to my clients and friends, thank you so much!

We had a leak in our roof at our Henderson Nevada home and hesitated to have it fixed. We got an estimate from Mr. Mark Wolmuth in February but we dragged our feet as we thought this might be a messy and time-consuming affair; so we waited more than half a year until Thanksgiving week when we had some time to get this going. On Monday of Thanksgiving week I called to see if they would still honor the estimate and when may be a good time to start the work. Very much to my surprise they offered to honor the earlier estimate and come the next day, Tuesday! Sure enough, Tuesday morning, bright and early at 7 am a professional four-man crew showed up at our house, and everything was fixed by 3:30 pm. Friendly people, no mess, and a beautiful job! Absolutely magnificent work. Dedication to detail: Cleaned up perfectly and send a receipt for our payment the next morning. I can unequivocally recommend Desert Valley Roofing.

I chose this roofing company to do major roof repair on my home. It wasn’t the cheapest, actually the highest budder, but I was impressed in the detail presented in the proposal. Victor did a good job of submitting a clear and precise bid. Once i accepted the proposal, Mark and Ashley set me up for commencement date of the repair and the anticipated duration of construction. Just as i was told, the crew arrived on July 16, 2018 at 7:00 AM exactly on time. The crew led by the low keyed and meticulous foreman, Jose is absolutely superb. They are highly experienced, methodical and efficient. They are also very thoughtful and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Outstanding customer service and efficiency on all fronts. My roof tiles were damanged and falling apart on all sides, and I needed my entire roof replaced. When I contracted with Desert Valley Roofing, they were not the lowest bid, but you absolutely get what you pay for. One of the other companies I contacted couldn't schedule a full roof replacement for 6 months, and the other wouldn't reply to my emails. Ashley in Desert Valley Roofing's office was quick to answer all of my questions, and considering the very large investment, I felt really comfortable working with them. I was able to schedule about 4 weeks out, and worked with Ashley to iron out the details. Along the way, I had issues getting HOA approval for the tiles, and Mark was able to accommodate a last minute reschedule on my job so I could jump through a few more hoops to get approval from the HOA committee.

A couple days before they began working, Ashley called me to let me know that the dumpster would be delivered at 7am and the crew would show up between 7 and 9 and they would complete the project in 3-4 days. Both were right on schedule, the crew arriving at 715. At the end of the 2nd day I noticed the color of the roof shingles under the AC did not look like the ones I ordered. I took a picture and emailed Ashley. The next day she called me and said they would fix it. When the foreman came to the door around 3pm that 3rd day to say they had finished I assumed he meant everything but the single replacement, but no, they had the new ones delivered and fixed that same day. Everything was completely finished in less than 3 full days, and it looks fantastic.

Highly recommend the entire team at Desert Valley Roofing, Mark came out and provided an honest assessment of my roof. The proposal was provided to me within 24 hours and work was completed earlier than promised. Will be sure to recommend them to friends and family in need of roofing repairs.

Neighbor had 2 small leaks over on a tile roof that is approximately 25 years old. A single story 1300 sq ft living area plus 2 car garage. Estimate requested options. On time and very professional estimator, but my neighbor only received 2 options. Minimal area around leaks and whole roof. At my suggestion I thought she should request a revised estimate that eliminated the garage area which is separated by a roof ridge and has no leaks.

While reading other reviews and seeing the Companies statement regarding 100% customer satisfaction I was surprised that their response was "No" in other words they said take it or leave it. This in no way reflects on the roofing work they do but customer service in my opinion means getting the customer what they want. I regard management as being all talk. I would suggest leaving it.

Managements response again fails to address quality of customer service. When the estimate was received my neighbor sent a response email with a request for a call from the estimator..This call would have resolved our "lack of understanding". Thank you for your information.

We've been plagued with roofing issues off and on for the last 10 years as a result of poor workmanship on the part of our builder. For some early fixes we used a different company who later created more problems and trust issues. So two years ago when a new leak appeared, we researched our options and decided Desert Valley Roofing would be the right choice. They solved a very tricky valley issue which had held up for over two years. Unfortunately we sprung a fresh leak elsewhere this month but this time felt confident that we knew just the right company for the job.
It was really refreshing to call Desert Valley Roofing and work with the same office staff (Ashley) and estimator(Victor) that we worked with in 2016. Our roof has now been completely re roofed with a five year warranty. We have peace of mind for the first time that we truly have a secure roof over our heads.
Everything this company and their employees do is with integrity and pride. The work was done on time and the crew did a great job of cleaning up each night.

We had noticed that a number of our roof tiles had pulled loose and called them for a quote. I received a callback within the hour and we scheduled for their foreman Victor to come and review our problems. The quote was delivered electronically with about a dozen pictures of the problems with our roof. We faxed back our contract and scheduled the work.

The crew showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job in a timely manner. We noticed later on that a small dormer over a bay window that they missed. A crew was scheduled and corrected the problem without any argument or complaint. I appreciated the way their office personnel handled the situation.

I would recommend them and use them again.
