I needed a part for a preexisting building. They were extremely easy to work with. I called ahead of time, arrived, grabbed the part and was gone. They have some amazing looking buildings too if you are in the market for a new one.

Friendly sales lady is very knowledgeable and helpful. It took me multiple trips and emails to figure out just what I needed and was in my budget. Not one time did I feel like they were trying to push me into a sale or like I was wasting their time. Even though I had many special requests and changed my mind countless times, they just fixed my quote right up and kept on smiling. I also price shopped for months. They really are the cheapest cost vs value. I'm really happy with my purchase and will be a repeat customer. Even the delivery driver was friendly and fast.
