I would highly recommend John Denisco and his company for your roofing needs. I did a thorough research of roofing companies for my home in Nashua. I had one company quote me $18,000 for my ranch style house. I had another company quote me $10,500. I was in sticker shock and then saw that 2 of my next door neighbors had used John Denisco & his company for their roofing needs. They told me that John was an easy guy to talk with and that he had done a great job on their roofs. I was familiar with John's company from my thorough research so I contacted him and got a quote. It was a heck of a lot less and the reviews on the internet were impressive so I decided to go with his company. The workers showed up on time and were friendly to talk with. They came in the morning and were done by the afternoon. John stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly and stayed until they finished. John and his crew did an EXCELLENT job on my roof . I called for 7 estimates and the others just couldn't beat his price. Once I signed the contract, he ordered the materials ahead of time in the event the prices would go up (I wanted to wait until the end of Summer for installation). None of the other contractors mentioned to me they would do this. The installation was topnotch using quality materials. John is professional, honest and a wicked nice guy. His work crew were also professional and very hard workers, I never once observed any one of them just stand around and do nothing. You could tell they took pride in their work. If I ever needed any other work done around my home I wouldn't hesitate a heartbeat to call on John.

I did a lot of research and talked to several roofing companies before I went with John. He is prompt, honest, dependable and had excellent communication and kept me informed the entire time. He wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but was very insistent on a couple aspects of the job that other companies just passed over. His pricing was all inclusive vs. other companies that had separate charges. The crew was diligent, professional and did a great job on my roof and at keeping the grounds clean and safe. Any issues that came up were immediately addressed. I hope to do more business with John again.

John was amazing from start to finish. He came out on a Sunday morning to take a look as I was having issues with water coming in through my walls. We had just bought our house a couple weeks prior to this issue arising and we're told the roof was new. John recognized that the roof was new but took the time to show me all the mistakes the company made during the installation. He spent the entire afternoon by himself fixing the area were water was coming in so at least no further damage would occur until the real issue could be solved. After working all day I asked him the total and he told me not to worry about it. Within a couple days he had a proposal sent over to me that was extremely reasonable and once I gave him a verbal agreement him and his crew were here 2 days later. He took the time to show me the damage that was underneath the roof (all rotted wood) and replaced it all efficiently. They finished the whole job in one day. His crew was also very professional and friendly. We had spoken to a few other company's prior to John's and honestly couldn't be happier we chose his. Highly recommend!

They did a GREAT JOB. Very happy with the work and price. The crew worked hard and completed the job in one day. When they finished the job, they all cleaned up like nothing happened. One of the things I liked the most, a guy went around the whole house with this magnet on wheels to pick up any lost nails. This was great cause I have my grandkids running around with no shoes. Highly recommend this company for any future work you want done.

He helped me with venting issues, replaced broken siding on my home and installed a gutter. He installed a rubber mat under my shingles where I was having ice dam issues My home looks and feels great. I was in need of emergency roof repair as my roof was leaking after only 13 years. I got quote from another company that was quite high and beyond

My wife and I hired John's Co. To replace the rubber roof on our house in May of 2020, and we are very happy with that choice. We recieved several other estimates, but his was by far the most detailed and had the best warranty. We were putting the house on the market In July. John gave us a written 5 year warranty on his workmanship, which was transferable to the new owners! We are sure that was a big reason why the house sold in 4 days. His crew started when he said they would, and finished in a timely manner, and left the property spotless. I do not think you could find a better roofing Co. In southern N.H. or any where else, for that matter! John Denisco and his Co. Are worthy of 10 STARS !!

This Company was amazing! I cant say enough wonderful things about them.
For 1) when I needed a quote I spoke to the owner, not some sales rep that just wanted to sell me the biggest most expensive package so that he'd get a fat check.
2) John was honest and understanding. We had leaks and rotted skylights. He was able work with is and get us a new roof within a week of the quote.
3) He was in constant communication and was here when he said he would be and did the job quickly and professionally.

I can’t say enough about the magnificent work that John Denisco Construction Company did when they rebuilt the deteriorated rakes, fascia, and soffits on my 1830 barn. John’s crew also did an impeccable job roofing the huge barn and my home. I was amazed that this project along with the meticulous cleanup Was completed in only 3.5 days .

I would highly recommend John Denisco Construction. John provided a great quote and provided a step-by-step description of what I would be receiving. His crew was amazing. They were able to strip and lay down a pain in the butt roof in one day. John came to the house a week after the job was completed to inspect one area that he had questioned his foreman about. He had a couple of his guys make an adjustment so there would not be any issues later on with the lead flashing and how the seams and shingles layed. He did not have to follow up in that way, especially since he was not local to the area, but it was his name on the job. That is the type of service you can expect from John Denisco Construction. John is very knowledgeable and explained the details of the roof installation as well as the update of the ventilation. We not only had our house roofed, but also our large porch. He and his crew were very professional and cleaned up the yard once they were done. John uses quality materials and is responsive to his clients.

I wish I can give John and his team more than a 5 star rating. They were phenomenal from the time John came out to give us a quote, to the roof being installed. John quote was amazing, we not only needed our roof done but we also had 2 skylights that needed to be replaced. We had to make some changes to our scheduled because of COVID but John continued to make sure we were okay, and ready when able. When the team got here they moved quickly and smoothly. They took into account everything around the house to keep it safe and from breaking. They cleaned up our yard beautifully, and even replaced some of the stuff we moved out of the way. I highly recommend Denisco Construction. My house was built in the late 1800’s and the roof had 3 layers of shingles and the original boards. From quoting the job to finish of the work, John was very upfront, professional and priced well. The job was started in 1 week of my hiring them for the job. The actual roof was started and completed in 1 day. The roof looks great, and the cleanup that was done was great - my yard looked better than when they started! We got estimates with a list of materials from 4 roof contractors. John's estimate listed all GAF branded materials, where others listed only GAF shingles with unbranded accessories. And when the others matched all GAF accessories thier price was considerably higher. John's crew came early, completely removed old roof, installed all new GAF products, I was particularly impressed with the sheet metal work on the rain drip edge, perfect job. The roof looks great, John included a GAF Weather Stopper System Plus warranty, and Military discount. I could not be happier.

I called John and let him know I needed a roof replacement ASAP for insurance requirements. We had a consultation before the end of the week, found he was the best price out of the four organizations I received quotes from, I already saw good reviews on Google, and had the work scheduled for the next week. The roof look's fantastic, only took a couple days, and the crew cleaned everything up great on the way out. One thing I really appreciated is that John was a previous tech so I didn't get a terrible sales pushy experience, more of an explanation of what was going to happen and why. I couldn't be happier and will be reaching out if I ever need a roof completed again.

John spent extra time with me (2 visits to my house) to figure out a solution to the improper roof ventilation on my colonial house. He ended up cutting in a ridge vent and installing some vented drip edge, which now allows my roof to properly vent. He not only replaced my roof, he also solved a mold problem in my attic. I would recommend John to anyone. If I ever need roof work done again, I will hire John.

A giant tree fell on my house and smashed everything. There was a ton of damage, to the roof and also to the side of the house and the fascia boards, so I needed roofing and construction.
John was the most responsive person I had come look at the damage and give and estimate. His estimate was fair and the communication was consistent. He was easily reachable. His crew was courteous and efficient. One time during construction when the roof/construction was still unfinished we got heavy rain and when I got in touch with John to come and tarp or make a fix so no rain damage would occur, he sent someone out right away. He kept me well informed throughout the whole process with anything extra that needed to be done. He even came out after the job was done to put a water diverter on one part of the roof for me!
