Demarco has done several projects on our 100 + years old home over the past 2 years. We replaced the roof on house, 3 porches and a garage and rebuilt box gutters on entire house. We found issues along the way - rotten boards, improper previous engineering,etc. Jason was upfront on issues , options and pricing. Also, our front porch was unstable and needed a complete rebuild which they quickly addressed. We were able to get fiberglass pillars on front porch that look like wood but will be much more durable. The craftsmanship on the box gutters is amazing. Crews showed up, worked hard and finished our jobs timely. If there were issues, Jason addressed them timely and professionally.

I’ve had DeMarco do several projects including copper restoration. They have been fantastic to respond and do other repairs. They make helpful suggestions and understand restoration.

We had Demarco handle our historic porch rebuild and it was a great experience. Fantastic craftsmanship and the porch looks amazing. They were able to handle everything from start to finish including any permit and permissions needed for the city and Victorian village commission, down to getting paint colors approved. We also had them re-side our garage and replace the roof, our house looks as good as it did when it was built over 100 years ago. Highly recommend if you want quality work, especially for the historic homes of Columbus!

I needed a certified inspection to appease a lender. I thoroughly explained this to the first company what I needed, they didn't listen and when the person came out in an unmarked vehicle he was just a sales rep who told me that they did not even have a certified inspector. DeMarco Roofing is a top notch professional company, everything went great--from making the appointment to them coming out and giving my certified inspection. Shout out to Jason who was the first who actually got out a ladder and climbed up on the roof to inspect it! All 3 other companies I had out never did, and all three of them recommended new roofs costing thousands of dollars! Turns out I did have a minor problem and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to determine the problem and fix it on the spot. I am very happy with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

We have an old flipped home (built 1900) with a slate roof that needed replaced. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable with every stage of the process. Initially, we had to choose what color/blend we wanted for the roof. Jason showed us all our options and even allowed us to take home swatches of our favorites, so we could place them against our home and better visualize what we ultimately chose. Once work began, Jason and his crew were very efficient, precise and unbelievably dedicated. I
mean these folks returned to tweak something at night (!) AND once after it had been drizzling a bit. They took pride in what they were doing as if it was their own home. Jason would email drone pics of the process while everything was happening, which was great, as well as keeping us informed of what had been done that day and what to expect the next. We are very happy with how the roof turned out and apparently random strangers who tell us so while we’re working on our yard do too.
It was an excellent experience with DeMarco Inc. all around and worth every penny.

We used DeMarco to redo our roof and gutters a couple years ago and they did a great job. Recently we had an issue with one of our gutters and they came back out to look at it - Jason gave us more information and a quick fix solution on the spot.

Scott and his team from DeMarco did a fabulous and amazingly fast job of our churches brick problems. The structure was originally built in 1883, so the work was needed, but they made it good “as new”! Thank you very much!

I had a great experience with DeMarco Roofing. I needed tuckpointing on two chimneys and some new roof slates. Jason DeMatteo and his team did not disappoint! We had to replace the entire roof on our 100+ yr old business. It is a flat roof with a lot of stuff sitting on the roof. We also had all the gutters replaced and they can now handle all the rain coming off the roof.
It is nice to finally have no more leaks in the building. The team was very professional, courteous and worked very clean. Jason was responsive every-time I had a question and explained each step of the process. Would definitely recommend Demarco for any commercial roofing needs.

DeMarco Roofing did a phenomenal job on a replacement of a flat rubber roof for an addition on our house and I would highly recommend Demarco to everyone I know. I had a leaking rubber roof and had to have some sections of the decking replaced and went with a EPDM membrane roof. Very happy with their professionalism, communication and service and the job that they did. Extremely friendly outfit and they had a motivated crew that knocked it out in a day. Demarco also did some chimney flashing, caulking and install ice and water shields back in 2020. I worked with Jason DeMatteo on both jobs and he's a pleasure to work with!

Jason is great to work with! Truly takes the time to explain what is going on with the roof, show examples, and provide any detail you ask for. Before the contract was signed, he went above and beyond to help understand the type of roof we had, what are issues were, and the pros/cons of each different options. Excellent communication, I knew exactly when the work would be done, what was going on, and knew I could trust the work would be done with the highest quality. 10/10.

I have worked with Demarco Roofing for over 10 years. During that time they have repaired roof and gutters after windfall damage, replaced an improperly installed roof, worked extremely hard to get a curved roof installed properly, installed a custom made curved gutter, replaced and improved installation of a sky light and, more recently, installed a new membrane flat roof, repaired a broken chimney flew and reinstalled a new crown and cap. They have always been prompt to reply, professional in all their work and a pleasure to work with. I have absolutely no qualms regarding recommending Demarco Roofing.

This is truly a high quality company run by honest and high quality people. From start to finish (and even after the completion of my job) I was dealing with extremely helpful and responsive individuals. I live in a historic society, and they were able to do all the paperwork and get the permit very quickly for me which was huge for me. Any questions I had for them I received thorough answers that went above and beyond what I needed, they even had helpful advice for other problems around my old house. The crew that came to work on my old box gutters were extremely nice and did an outstanding job. They put a lot of work into the details of the woodworking to make them look amazing and match the look of the house. There was one hiccup with a storm window that was broken in the process but the owner did not even question me when I brought it to his attention and it was fixed within a day. It is hard to find contractors now a day who are so responsive, honest and easy to deal with. Once they were done the cleanup was as if they were never there. I will 10/10 be using them again in the future.

I used DeMarco to help with our new house. Due to the craziness of the housing market we could not motivate the sellers to replace the back side roof of our house that was in need of desperate repair. We also needed a replacement of the chimney cap which was in need of repair. DeMarco worked with us and communicated everything along the way regarding both these important projects as well as a gutter replacement. WE are very satisfied with the results and feel secure in our new home now!

DeMarco Roofing replaced the 20+ year old flat rubber roof on a six-story mid-rise downtown condo building (built in 1898). Not only were the logistics of the roof replacement complicated but there were many obstacles on the roof that had to be dealt with like a water tower, boiler system, gas lines and crumbling mortar and brick. They handled it with ease, and communicated with me every step of the way. I'm glad to say that we established a long-term relationship and they are now helping me with other commercial and condo projects. DeMarco's service and work are exceptional!

Our building is 39yrs old with a metal pitched roof that has two peaks with several penetrating stacks, along with a box gutter connecting the two together. We’ve had repairs in the past that only held up for so long and used several contractors chasing leaks. After using DeMarco we found out why. DeMarco removed the old repairs down to the metal and found damage, from being repaired over old repairs, and then used new materials. Their attention to detail and taking the time to do the job right makes the difference. We will use DeMarco for any future repairs.
