Professionalism and courtesy at the highest level. Deluxe's crew arrived promptly both days and efficiently completed our total roof replacement. Their preparation included totally covering our deck and upon completion they set up my rocking chairs with the seat cushions in place! Not a single piece of trash, nail, or old shingle remained after the job was done. I will recommend Deluxe to anyone needing a quality roof at a reasonable rate. Bravo to your great crew.

Deluxe Roofing replaced our roof after hurricane Florence came through North Carolina. They started out by using a drone to take images of the two story roof. Once we had our insurance money they were able to get to replacing the roof the very next week. They showed up and had it done within a single day. It took a few extra days to get the final fascia completed but all in all they did great work. Kudos to the foreman Jackson Sells. He was always available to answer our questions via phone or text and treated us with respect. His professionalism was top notch! Highly recommend this company.

Speaking with Jackson was always a delight as he is a professional, honest representative of the company. The price was quoted and never changed; there’s no fine print or hidden agendas. When my insurance refused to pay, they didn’t raise their quote or back out of the job when a lot of other places would have, which meant a lot because we desperately needed the new roof.

The only reason I don’t give a 5 star rating is because there’s still a sizable mess in my front yard a week later that the workers left that I’ll have to clean up unless I want to wait 2-3 weeks for someone to be back my way to do it. But, other than the poor post-work cleanup, I’d recommend their roofing services without hesitation.

They’re honest, fast, and fair in every other case. They also make sure the homeowner understands their options, which is something no other company bothered to do. I really appreciated them for this.
