We were very happy with both Rob who initially came out to give us an estimate and John and George who did our work. The contract was clear and they did everything promised. In addition, they did great work and were actually done early. We redid our entire house over the course of three years and I wish we found them first. We had a long line of bad/mediocre contractors and this company was a breath of fresh air. We would use them again without question.

The job was very well done. On time and an accurate quote. Rob and crew were easy to work with and we are glad they were referred to us by a neighbor who had a similar experience.

Delaware Mobile Home Repair did a great job replacing my insulation in my mobile home. They arrived early and worked a full day. They finished the job the next day. They were professional n cleaned up after themselves

Rob and his crew did our deck and screened in porch last year and did an excellent job! We just had them repaint our shutters and repair and paint our side steps and deck. They did a fantastic job and our house looks great!

Rob was good to work with. The installers were great. Only suggestion is to offer different types of storm doors. The one they installed is too heavy for an elderly woman and the lock system is too complicated

They did an amazing job on our house. We needed a roof so we called and got a quote the same week. They did amazing work building the roof over top. I recommend them all the way. We will be doing more business with them in the future!!!

As contractors go, Rob was the best I've experienced. He showed empathy for our disrupted life after a leak under our house ruined much of our floor, and he did his best to get to us quickly.
His workers were polite and professional, although I wish construction workers did not throw their trash on the ground. it must be an industry standard.
Rob was cooperative when items needed to be eliminated to fit within our insurance limits. We would hire him again. I Gave 4 stars because of some small finish details which his workers left for us to do, but I won't I go into it here. That was not Rob's fault.

This is the third time we used Delaware Mobile Home Repair. Completely thrilled with their work. We have more projects for them to do.

DMHR notified me of whom I should expect to come to my house for contracted work which was very reassuring. Upon arrival the project supervisor introduced himself to me as well as the team members. The crew worked efficiently and with care. I was kept informed of work progress and what to expect next. The work progressed with little inconvenience to me. The last bit of work was delayed due to a back order of materials but was then completed promptly. I am quite happy with the results! I would, and probably will, contract with them for future projects.

We needed to replace the skirting on our mobile home. We called for an estimate and Rob was there the next morning. He educated us on skirting options and then quoted us a fair price. The day of the installation his team arrived and got to work. The goal was to finish that day as we were expecting heavy rain. It got dark and they were unable to finish but, to my surprise, they were back the next morning and finished in the rain. We are very happy with the final result and the overall experience working with this company. I would highly recommend them!

The weather set us back a bit. The employees were very respectable and explained each step they were doing. I love my new storm door and new house door. Cleaned up ALL the old doors and debris. I did NOT have to clean up after they left. They WILL be doing another project in the future. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I'M A HAPPY CAMPER!

Got on line and filled out a request for kitchen cabinet replacement and was soon contacted by Rob. A fair estimate was given for material and labor. Very happy with the finished product. George and his crew worked from the time they got to our home until quitting time. This is a very reputable company who prides themselves on attention to detail and communication throughout the project. Glad to have found a company that is knowledgeable and can count on.
