Delar just finished up a major remodel at our home on Sebago Lake. From the initial consult to the last day on the job David has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, and thorough he always had quality first on his mind. We will never forget seeing him and his helper Dave building our roof system in below zero temperature back in February, on a Saturday! We can't imagine having had anyone else realize our vision. Folks may not realize the importance of a general contractor. We equate him to a conductor, always on stage directing his musicians. Without a good GC your project will not run smoothly. If you want someone who truly listens to you and is willing to try new things in an effort to realize your vision, Delar General Contracting should be your number one choice.
