We have hired Delano Property Services several times now. Evan is quick to respond and provides excellent customer service. The work has been done to our expectations with no problems. We absolutely would recommend to anyone interested in their services!

Excellent, professional job taking down several dead/dying trres in my yard. The owner, Evan, came out to survey the work, gave me several reasonably-priced options, and scheduled his crew in a timely manner. They completed the work fairly quickly, left no debris - though stacked several logs I'd asked to keep for firewood. Overall, a great experience, reasonably priced, and professionally done. I highly recommend!

We were introduced to your company by a neighbor who recommended your company very highly. On their advice we contacted Steve Francis. We made an appointment with Mr. Francis who arrived in two days. We discussed various repairs and improvements needed. Mr. Francis listened to our concerns and offered suggestions. We mutually agreed to tasks to be completed. This included materials to be installed and time frame which to complete the tasks. Everything has been completed with the materials discussed and within the times agreed. All in all we are quite pleased with his integrity, workmanship and timeliness. We have recommended Mr. Francis to a number of friends and neighbors.

We are very pleased with the work that was completed at our Home. The entire crew was outstanding. This company will be our choice for any future landscaping projects.
