I can't say enough good things about Dean Martin Roofing. I am a Rental Property Manager and Dean has replaced the roof, gutters, etc on 10 properties for me in the past 2 years. He is honest , affordable, and does fantastic work, in a timely manner. About a month ago a torrential rain came through our ceiling exposing the need for a new roof. This happened on a Friday night, I messaged my friend Dean on Saturday, he came & gave an estimate on Sunday and we had a new roof in less than 10 days.

Dean Martin roofing cleaned and applied a protective coating to my box gutters as well as repaired some slate shingles on the roof. His crew is excellent and did a fine job!

The flat roof portion of my home was long overdue for replacement and I was nervous about securing a competent roofer to do this type of work. I found Dean Martin Roofing through a Google search after recommendations from my friends and neighbors didn’t pan out.

I contacted Dean Martin and two other roofing companies for roof inspections and estimates through this Google search. DMR was the only company that brought a ladder to out initial meeting and actually went up to inspect the roof surface. Their estimate also won out on cost, with DMR very close to one of the other estimates.

The main reason I chose DMR over the other estimate was his personality. I got the feeling that he really listened to what I said, and thoroughly answered the questions I asked. When Dean showed up with his crew (The Roof Pack), I was thoroughly impressed with the respect he showed to his crew as he managed the job. He and the entire crew showed respect to myself and my neighbors in the way they went about their work (i.e. no yelling or swearing). My neighbor still positively comments about how they covered his little shed on our shared property line with tarps to capture any debris that might fall his way. DMR completed the job in the time frame agreed upon and true to their estimate of costs. They kept me informed every step of the way, and cleaned up my yard and adjoining property lines completely.

Several heavy rainfalls since have proved their work successful. I hope I never have to call a roofer again, but if I do, it will be Dean Martin Roofing.

Dean came out, charged a reasonable price, and got it done two days later in a couple of hours while other roofing companies were trying to charge 3x the price or couldn't make out to even give me an estimate for another few days. He got it all done while I was at work, didn't leave any sort of a mess, and offered advice for other roof work without pushing for it to be done asap. This is the guy you want working on your roof. We have nothing but good things to say about Dean and the crew! Due to some recent freezing/thawing cycles followed by severe rain, we started to experience leaks coming from our roof, with water badly damaging our home. We have a flat roof in a tall and narrow apartment-style building and were desperate to get the problem solved ASAP. Out of all of the roofing companies we contacted, Dean was the most responsive, coming to see our roof right away. He was kind, calm, and laid out an excellent plan at a fair price. He was able to source materials we were told by other companies would take 4-6 months to locate within 48 hours. The work itself was incredible - his crew was fast, creative, diligent, and professional. Our problem was solved and we felt great about the whole experience. We definitely recommend Dean!

I can't say enough good things about Dean Martin Roofing. They replaced two roofs for us, both are great. The crew was super professional, did an excellent job, finished when they said they would. And Dean & his crew are just nice people on top of it. If we ever need any additional roof fixes, we're calling him for sure.

Overall a job well done- we are happy with the roof and gutters as well as an attic fan. Reasonable pricing and quick to install. Nice people.

Just had roof done. Dean was professional and friendly. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. They were thorough and clean. They took care of the little details. I couldn' be more pleased.

I had a great experience with Dean Martin. He came out, looked at my roof, gave me a great price, and installed it all within a week. Any time I had any questions, he was always responsive with answers. The quality of work for the price was amazing. My neighbors saw them installing my roof, and two of them had him install theirs right after mine. I would highly recommend.

If I could give Dean and his guys 10 stars I would! During a rain storm we began to show signs of water leaking into our house. I called the first roofing company I could find online that was close in hopes they could come out ASAP! Dean personally answered the phone and even though he had sent all his guys home after finishing a job far away, began talking through the problem and immediately got in the car himself and came over. He was so knowledgeable, kind and considerate of me panicking while 9 months pregnant and water coming into my house. Our problem ended up not being a roof problem, but he still sent his guy into our attic and on our roof to check things out just to be sure.

I had a blocked gutter and received several ridiculously expensive quotes to repair the issue. One company said that my only option was to completely replace my entire gutter system. Luckily, I stumbled upon Dean Martin & Co. Not only did the owner himself take the time to speak with me and explain EVERYTHING in a clear and concise manner, his prices were extremely reasonable and when he said the work would be done, it was! His crew did an amazing job repairing what was actual gutter damage, not just a blockage (thanks to my friendly squirrel), and were polite, friendly, and most importantly fair! I could not be more impressed with this company. So much so, that I hired them a second time to check my roof.

Dean Martin & Co have done numerous jobs for us. They coated our box gutters, a great option to avoid replacing them. They did random repairs of the previous roofer’s mistakes. They replaced the roof when it came time. They kept our yard very clean, which was super important to me due to having dogs. (We are still finding nails from our neighbors roof being done by someone else!) Most recently, they came out to fix our downspout. We had icicles pull down the elbows on the downspout. Dean Martin & Co were here quickly to get everything reconnected. Thank you!

During a terrible windstorm several tiles blew off of our very high slate roof. We called Dean Martin & Co. Roofing and they came out the same day and not only fixed the tiles but also cleaned the gutters and repaired a piece of siding that was loosened during the storm. Dean and the crew were very professional and friendly.

Needed a new roof, Dean was responsive and professional. The work was done fast and looks great! Didn’t find a better price, so obviously great value as well. Would use again!
