Dean Jones Construction LLC

Dean Jones personally came to my home and looked at my roof and windows and gave me a great estimate. He was very kind and upfront and fair about everything. The crew was very clean and left no trash and no issues behind. I would recommend Dean Jones construction to anyone and will be using Dean again for further projects.

Replaced a roof for me and couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. The crew was excellent and made sure that the job was exactly the way it should be. Very happy with the work and for the price with the GAF 50 year shingles I couldn’t have got a better job done anywhere else.

We purchased a house that had a three year old roof on it - courtesy of Dean Jones. After moving in, we noticed two leaks in the roof. We started calling, emailing, Facebook messaging Dean about the leak with a request to fix it (we had the extended workmanship warranty). In the beginning, the "secretary" was mildly helpful, but then they stopped answering our calls, emails, messages. It's now been over a YEAR of trying to reach out to him to fix this. A YEAR. A year filled with buckets and water damage to our home.

Then, speaking with the previous owner, it turns out that they TOO had been trying to reach out to have the roof fixed. The roof looks great, but apparently Dean is not interested in holding up their warranty. I would think twice and choose someone who is interested in the longevity of their work - not just the initial product.

Side note: Would recommend Bowser construction. I called, they came out within the week to look at it. Is going to cost 1300+ to fix. The contractor from Bowser said that if it was their outfit that had done it, they would have covered it and corrected it free of charge.

Also, after posting my initial review on Google - it looks like the company has now banned me from their Facebook page. Not to mention that once my initial negative review was posted on here - TONS of new reviews were posted in order to bury my negative one. Most are probably fake accounts.

Red flags everywhere.

They did a great job on our roof and all the crew was very polite. Dean and his office staff were extremely responsive and very helpful. They took care of everything.

Not only a GREAT company but GREAT people as well. Dean and his crew have done jobs for myself and many of my friends. Always makes sure the customer is satisfied. A company that values their work is always nice to see. I would recommend them to everyone who wants quality people, quality work, and very reasonable pricing.

Dean Jones Construction just put on our roof, and we are so happy with the results. His crew worked fast and was very professional. Dean was very helpful and informative every step of the way. Our roof looks amazing, and we've already received several compliments on it. I would recommend Dean Jones Construction 1000%.
