The owner of this company is unscrupulous. He was paid quite handsomely to do a Terra Cotta tile roof. It is leaking and he refuses to come back and fix it. I have been trying to call him text him message him since May and he just ignores me. His workers backed into my wrought iron fence broke a wooden door and would never have owned up to it until we noticed it . He has been paid and now refuses to come back and fix things which are his responsibility. He also agreed to do certain other things which he will not do now because he just won't answer my calls. I will be writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because there is nothing left to do. As I said he refuses to answer messages or calls. This is not the end of this story. I would not recommend this worker or this company to anyone.
It was a sincere pleasure making business with DCI Construction. The work that they did for me was done in a timely manner and the workers left my yard clean when they finished replacing my roof. They were always professional and very respectful. Once again thank you.
