Very pleased with the job of DC Roofing. They even had my back when it came to my insurance adjuster. The shingles were delivered the day they said they were, and the roof was installed the day they said it would be. They sent me pictures throughout the installation showing the QUALITY work they provided. They showed up on time with a large crew and were done by lunch time. They cleaned the yard THOROUGHLY also. I would recommend them every day of the week and twice on Sunday!

They came out just 2 days after making initial contact very professional. Repaired our roof a few days later at an unbelievable price and took before and after pics. Definitely call them if your in need of any roofing or exterior work done GREAT SERVICE

Reached out to DC Roofing and Exteriors after a storm blew several shingles off the top of my roof. They were quick to respond and inspect my roof. After approval they were out within a few days to repair the roof. Very professional and took the time to teach us and explain to us the process and why we had shingles blow off in the first place. Follow them on Facebook and call them when you need the job done on time and with the best quality.

DC Roofing and Exteriors goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They make the entire process from estimate to installation as easy as possible. They take time at every stage to explain everything and answer any questions you may have (and we had plenty!). Communication was always open and I think we ended up talking with everyone along the way from Cassie the Office Manager, Steve our Sales Rep, to Don the Owner and Scott our Field Supervisor. Installation day was efficient and organized. Their crew is professional and courteous of your time and property. The text stream they provide throughout the day allows you to see the progress even if you can’t be there. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Don was great helping us pick our siding color and gutters. The text group between his crew and he was a great extra touch to keep us updated. His team did a amazing job. They were friendly and fast. They cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for your home work.

My experience with DC roofing was exceptional. They repaired water damage around windows at our home. I filled out a request online on a weekday evening, I was contacted by the owner’s wife within 30 mins to set up a time for an estimate. From the estimate to completion of our job we were given clear communication on how the job was progressing and anything they found. I am not knowledgeable about construction and Smiley explained what they were doing and how it would work in the future to hopefully prevent future damage. He explained it in a way I understood and could relate. I would without hesitation call DC Roofing again for any contractor needs.
