Room was acceptable, beds were comfy. Pool was working, it opens early and closes late. Check-in was virtual but you are working with a real person so questions can be answered and changes can be made. They were available anytime I went to the "front desk". Questionable activities in the parking lot after dark on a Sunday night.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Horrible. Do NOT go here. So many bad things about this place I don’t even think I named them all. FIRST WORST THING EVER I FOUND A BED BUG !!! My kids woke up with several little red bites they kept itching so I checked the sheets and I found bed bugs !!! Then there was blood stains on the mattress’s. This was totally not worth the $200 I spent at this dump. Just absolutely awful. Uncomfortable beds.The sheets were obviously not cleaned. I found penny’s and crumbs in my sheets. Hair in the sink and tub. The microwave and fridge was nasty had like food and drink stains. Dust was everywhere in that room. A very dirty disgusting room. I forgot to take pictures I was rushing to leave. The walls are so thin. You could hear people talking from down stairs while being up stairs and other way around. You could hear every step you take and it sounds so loud even if you are walking lightly. Very loud area. Could hear the trains and cars all night.The breakfast?? That’s not even breakfast at all nothing good at all. Only had coffee and cereal bars. In the lobby the guy was on a video call on the TV? So no in person interactions. You just leave the keys in a box at the front desk. Anyone could take it. Just so dumb.HORRIBLE PLACE !! DO NOT GO !! VERY UNCLEAN !!

We stayed here recently. Front desk agents are very helpful and courteous, room was spotless. Great location. Grab and go breakfast includes pastries, fruits, coffee, bagels, juices. Safe locatiom, parking lot well lit. There's some complaints from guests on here that are acted like they booked the Ritz. If you need to stay over a night or two I'm Gallup this property is great value for money, clean, secure, friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond. If you want an extra blanket they do indeed provide them. Our rate was $52 per night. For that you get a good sleep, in a clean room, at a safe and clean property, great guest service agents, and a quick grab and go breakfast in the morning.

Very clean, very reasonable, and grateful they are pet friendly. However the pictures on line showed more of a light breakfast. I do not consider coffee a light breakfast. I consider that coffee.

There's was a worm on the floor by the sliding glass doors. Hair in the sheets and pillows. This place charged me $147 even though I paid $95 on booking.com this place is filthy and cheap and the breakfast was a joke. Don't come here at all. Worst experience I've ever had.

My fault I booked through Booking. Com. Never again. Rm type not available when I arrived CS wouldn't answer so had to pay for room again. Fees.Stale cereal, sour juice. I expected more from Wydem. Oh dirt behind bathroom door. Did t even bother telling owner sink & shower stopped up

It was a nice place. And I liked how they send you texts about your check in and check out times.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel whereas room head stains on sheets and towels and then they will accuse you of making those things I checked in around 1:00 a.m. and left before 9:00 a.m. a little less than 8 hours just to rest my eyes on a long drive when I got there at 1:00 a.m. I stood in the lobby for a long time waiting since there was a sign saying they would be back shortly I could see somebody on the screen but I thought it was just a screensaver finally the guy was like oh are you checking in yes I've been standing here waiting for over an hour

This Hotel was absolutely the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were told there would be a Deposit. We had already booked on Hotels.com so we could not get a refund. The front desk was a small stand. The clerk came out of a side door when he saw us on camera. The room smelled terrible. Had no trash bags in the trash cans and only half a roll of toilet paper with no refills. The Hotel is located DIRECTLY across the road from a busy Train track. The Pool and Hottub were nasty and filled with partying locals. Horns honking all night and no curtians to block the windows. At 930 PM EMS was blocking the hall in front of our door because a woman fell in the shower because there are no traction pads.
Then after almost no sleep we woke to a breakfast area inside a cleared out hotel room with Stale cereal, Stale bread and begels (2) and no drinks except cold coffee. Stay away from this place. There are better options. I will let you know if my "deposit" is ever refunded.

Check in was easy and quick. All the other reviews kept talking about a virtual check in. When we arrived a kind gentleman greated us and checked us in. The grounds are clean and orderly, the area seemed safe, parking was fine and secured. Our room was great. The king size bed was so comfortable. Our stay was great.

Place was okay. Had a virtual desk where you signed in at, which was a little uncomfortable watching the dude eat. The air conditioner inside the room was very loud. Made it hard for us to sleep. If we weren't so tired we would have asked to change rooms.

Room was cheeper online and a good price.
Breakfast was pathetic, toast and yogurt and donuts and coffee or oj, that is about an entire list. Go elsewhere and have a meal you will enjoy.

Check would have been completely disastrous if there wouldn't have been someone there. Card had been declined and clerk had to enter a new one to get the reservation completed. Rooms were ok just way outdated! Microwave and refrigerator looks like 70's models.Bed sheets had small stains on them and looked like they had not been changed. Itched all night and had 2 small bites on my elbow when I awoke. Bedbugs maybe? Bathroom tile was missing big parts of grout and tub did not drain while showering.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in over 10 years.||Filthy bathrooms, breakfast area was filthy, juice left uncovered, no options for breakfast food, machines out of order, lobby smells like curry, parking lot had trash, blood on the interior room curtain, no tissue stocked, hair in the bed, no staff on duty overnight... every trash can was filthy.||When you check-in, there's a man from India on a TV, but no physical person. I requested a room away from anyone above me, as there were only a few cars in the entire parking area. He put me below a guy who was making noise all night. The walls are paper thin, the ceilings crack like thunder, everything in the rooms is from the early 90s except the TV.||I paid for the room through booking.com but the owner hard charged my deposit onto my credit card the day I checked out. I left way before checkout time. The deposit was supposed to be returned within a couple business days but this thief owner from India charged me the $50 deposit plus something else. The deposit should've remained a pending charge until it was reversed.||We noticed when we pulled up that this hotel was essentially empty except for an abandoned SUV, the owner's car, and 1 other car on the side of the property.||The room was so filthy we didn't even use the shower.||I provided a screenshot showing the double-charge. The booking.com transaction is followed by a hard charge the following day. I think this hotel owner does this assuming either people won't notice or people won't report him.||I would also like to point out that I sunk about a foot into the mattress. The mattresses are about 5 years past their throw away date. Do not stay here, under any circumstances.

Management is horrible here, there is miscommunication among the staff. Employees are rude and disrespectful and very passive aggressive. They're are bugs in the room. I wouldn't stay here and if you are I would watch out for the bugs and the employees. It was a most horrible stay I've had.

У номері чисто, є все необхідне, достатня кількість рушників. Непоганий басейн і джакузі. Сніданок слабенький. Побажання - зробіть теплішим приміщення басейну, перевіряйте кількість рідин у пляшечках у ванній кімнаті, не було питної води у кімнаті, недостатня кількість склянок, всього 2(((

If you want to checking with an agent in India remotely this might work for you. I prefer to talk with an in person agent not one in India. And the information on my credit card and Identification was processed in India. I will not be staying here again. Traveler beware!

Our stay at days inn in Gallup was by far the worst stay of our cross country drive. First, walking in to a reception, if you can even call it that, of a man on a TV was extremely odd and uncomfortable. The check in process was annoying with piss poor instructions and a continuation of odd and uncomfortable. Upon arrival in our room, we were immediately confronted with a lack of overall security. This is the kind of a hotel where you're almost positive someone is watching you. Immediately concerned for our safety. The showered was extremely loud. I'm certain we lost hearing in both our our ears by just being in the bathroom with it on. We were practically deaf once we finished only to be confronted again by the feeling of being watched. We were constantly paranoid about bed bugs due to the overall lack of cleanliness. We both woke up extremely itchy, so we haven't completely ruled out the possibility. Overall, this is not a hotel I would recommend to my worst enemy, much less someone I actually like. 0/10. No stars. Absolute garbage. Should be torn down and started over from scratch. I'm fairly certain we would have been more comfortable sleeping in the above requested rubble.

Beds are clean enough but there was literal dog shit in the bathroom trash and no towels in the room. I'm assuming the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all after the last patron. That's kind of a deal breaker. It's 12:30am and it sounds like people are moving furniture, running, and vacuuming. No heat when it's 19° outside. Can't call to complain because there is no staff, only virtual kiosk. Pretty lame, really. At least it was only $60.

Location was great. Cleanliness could have been better. I do NOT like having a virtual host at the front. There is no person for physical needs like extra toilet paper or towels. One of our room keys stopped working so we went to get a replacement. When they replaced one the other stopped working. Breakfast, if you could call it that, was super disappointing. I was not expecting a buffet but there was only one gluten free option, a boiled egg that tasted and felt like rubber. Not even a piece of fruit. The yogurt machine and juice machine was broken. The pool area was nice. It was heated and the hot tub was good too. Parking was good as well. Plenty of space for trailers. All in all, not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but not the best.

Back then we were in the Beat Western here in 2004, still going there. It was a great stay here!!!

I was a tad skeptical being that the Google rating was 3.1 however, I was pleasantly surprised! It's an older building, in an old/historic town so it has its issues BUT in my opinion it should definitely be a higher rating.

Originally I requested the ADA room due to my mother’s mobility issues. We came out of the room stressed and worried because the bathroom had a bath tub and not a shower. I should of caught his name I’m assuming the owner, was nearby and asked about other rooms that could meet our needs and then walked us to look at a different room option with a walk in shower. It was much larger and a suite and he did not charge me extra. Wonderful service for that alone. The self check in was odd feeling but it worked. Rooms were clean, a bit worn down, but good value for the money AND the beds were not super hard! Also bonus is their close to everything.

I was in a vehicle accident I tried to make a reservation while I was waiting on the waiting room the owner told me that I cannot be waiting on the fasilly that my appearance was looking unprofessional for his hotel he told me to leave the facility or he will call a police on me Wow he was telling me this i was on the phone with the company at work for waiting for their approval to pay the reservation

Beds are comfortable, clean linens, clean towels, and just need more of a deep cleaning even though they're generally clean. The pool is clean and clear (awesome), and the hot tub is also clean but should be updated (tiles look grimy and edge paint is chipping). ALSO, THE POOL SND HOT TUB AREA NEEDS CLEANING, PROBABLY ON AN HOURLY BASIS OR AT LEAST EVERY COUPLE OF HOURS....because there were liquor boxes with empty bottles under chairs, bottles under lounge chairs, pair of dirty socks and the seating was very grimy and some had dark substances on them (feces or food, unknown). Oh, there were also pigeon feathers scattered about on the floor. Otherwise, the cleanliness of the water was great for use. Another BIG issue was that the train noise was so loud it awakened you every 2 to 3 hours... okay for a one night stay, but if you're staying longer, probably ask for a room way in the back area...

This place sucks deeply. Video check in like it's run remotely from India. They added a $50 charge for "aminities" but there's nothing to buy, no one there. Phone didn't work to get help with TV that didn't work. Inedible breakfast, trains every 15 minutes with single pane windows, no sound deadening. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed and I've been traveling for 70 years, all over the world. Simply pathetic, it's like they don't want to have anything to do with you except take your money and add an additional $50 overcharge not mention in the Wyndam booking. I'd sleep in my car before I would stay here again.

Virtual check in seemed like a good idea until you realize that there is No staff on site at night.||||No elevator, only stairs. That wasn’t a problem for me but could be for someone else. ||||Guest in room next to mine has their tv on until 3am. Tried to call the front desk in hopes of getting some help but the calls dropped after a few rings. ||||AC didn’t work so room was hot. Had the AC blasting at 60, but it never blew cool air. Trains ran all night just 300ft from the hotel. ||||The hallway on the first floor smells of cooking food, and not pleasant either. In the morning the smell was still there. ||||The tile in the bathroom was badly broken and wobbly. ||||Lastly the free “breakfast” consisted of a few mini pop tarts, bread for toast, and coffee.

Very nice hotel. Virtual check-in was strange but it was convenient and efficient. Water for the bathtub was very hot. Hotel near red rocks pyramid hiking trail so it's a nice place to stop for two or three nights to enjoy the outdoors close by. They were also quick to give the $50 deposit back, within 48 hours. Most motels don't even give it back

I wish i would had read the reviews. This place is absolutely disgusting. i will never forgive myself. This place is genuinely one of the WORST hotels i’ve ever stayed at. As soon as you walk in you are practically smoking cigarette yourself with how much of a smoke smell is in the entire building. The carpet is pushing 30 years old easily. I can not say this enough - I TRULEY REGRET STAYING HERE DO NOT COME. We are not even sleeping under the covers— it’s a terrifying expierence with a terrible smell.

To the owner, do a favor to society and demolish the building. it’s disgusting.

I was passing through Gallup after a long day of driving and decided to last minute book a night here but regret staying here. The room smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking room but I was too tired to care so I went to bed. I got bit and woke up at around 1 am so I went searching in my bed and found a bed bug in the blanket. I went searching the other bed in the room and found a second bed bug on the pillow. I killed both and went to the front desk who gave me another room. The second room didn’t smell like smoke but I checked the bed and didn’t find anything and slept for an unrestful, paranoid sleep but woke up early in the morning to search the bed again and found another dead bug (tho it isn’t a bedbug). Thankfully didn’t get bit in the second room but did find blood/hair on my towel. It’s clear that they do not clean and or check beds well.

Did not get any offer to remedy the terrible experience I had there. No comp, nothing. Also their free breakfast has very limited options.

Stay was great. Staff was friendly. Only downfall was the breakfast was not much. Milk, cereal, and boiled eggs. We will stay there again.

This was a good place to stop. My husband had asked for certain requests (he is disabled), and shortly after, the reservation was made the hotel called to clarify and make adjustments to said reservation to accommodate him.

Our first room had a leak from the ceiling. So we were moved to a different room. The second room had blood in the sink and on the sheets. The breakfast was terrible. We paid for it and didn’t eat because there was no yogurt or coffee. There was burnt toast, cooled boiled eggs and stale cereal. There was water all over the stairs because kids were running from the pool to the second floor. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice clean rooms and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t great, but that’s not a dealbreaker because there are plenty of breakfast places nearby (we like Blake’s). Also, I saw a review complaining about the sheer blinds - there are thick blinds behind the sheer ones, they just have to be pulled out. Once we discovered that, it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely stay here again.

Wow where to start!!! There was no air running in the common spaces. The breakfast was atrocious and must unavailable. There is significant noise from the outside that you cannOt damper the walla are thin as all get out you can hear most things. Service what service? There is a virtual host that checks you in on camera from over seas. I would not stay here.
