I found Franklin and Angelica through a friend and I can’t say how happy I am with that. I needed flooring completed in my entire townhome prior to listing. The timeframe needed for completion was very tight because the prior contractor didn’t get started when they should have. In steps Franklin and Angelica and saves the day. From the very first day everything was professional and planned out. Everything was even completed a day early. As far as the work goes it went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.

Incredible work. The owner of Sunrise, Franklin, was able to assess the situation of my cracked chimney and gave me a very competitive estimate. Even before I had committed to the chimney work, he replaced a few missing shingles and recommended that I have some trees cut back from my house. Following the extensive rebuild of the top 3 feet of my chimney, he and his team also cleaned all the leaves off my roof, solar panels, gutters and deck. It was WAY WAY above and beyond what I expected. I was so impressed with this incredible level of service.

We had a great experience working with the team at Sunrise Roofing and Remodeling. They came as a recommendation from a friend in the real estate business. Angelica and Franklin of Sunrise Roofing and Remodeling coordinated with me to take a look at the roof and to discuss what it would take to ensure that all aspects of keeping the house from leaking during rainstorms were addressed. I did my best to contribute to that effort by providing as much historical information about the roof that I could. It was no surprise that once the job was started with the removal of the existing roof, gutters, facia, and soffets, additional work behind those areas was required. That being said, Franklin and the team made every effort to reuse materials that could be reused. New gutters and downspouts were also installed, along with metal screens to keep leaves and other debris out. The metal screens are effective at keeping the gutters clean. They'll be put to the test next fall, when the mature growth trees drop their leaves. Once all the work was finished, I brought up a couple of items that needed attention, and Angelica and Franklin addressed and took care of those items. As far a pricing goes, I have no comparison since I solicited no other estimates. That being said, between working working with Angelica, Franklin and their team, and the solidity of the work, I believe much value was gained from our experience with Sunrise Roofing and Remodeling.
