I had the please of working with Davis Roofing Enterprises on the recent replacement of my residential roof. I have had seven roof replacements on three different properties using now five different contractors.

Davis Roofing Enterprises is without question the best I have ever worked with. What makes them different? Customer service, attention to detail and follow up after the installation process.

Rose, the principal owner of the company is highly involved in the entire process. Karina, the field superintendent is on site during installation. Which is not the case with all roofing contractors. The entire crew makes every effort to provide the highest level of service. From Rose, to Karina, to the roofing crew, to the clean up team, everyone was great to work with.

The entire installation process was completed in one day. During this time, Karina kept me updated with pictures and text messages on the progress of the install. What other roofing company does that?

I’m convinced Karina and Rose are the best roofers in town. This is my third roof with Karina as the manager and I continue to be amazed by her communicativeness, expertise and professionalism. I appreciate her recommendations and she is great at helping out at picking the right shingle for the project. She runs a tight ship and always gets the job done in a day regardless of the size. It looks like another five-star review and you'd think that these are fake but this is not. Rose was recently recommended to me through a friend and we needed a new roof. She worked with my insurance, took care of everything. We had to work around all the rain but that was out of her control. She set me up with someone to replace the facia as well (that was not covered by insurance). Everything on the house looks amazing and it's now up to code as well. Thank you!

On time fast and very efficient, though my roof was a small basic with no odd angles they was there at 8a and done and cleaned up by 530ish protected the property went around made sure all the nails were picked up.

What a great company! Rose Davis is the BEST!! Ours was a tough job, we have Solar panels on the roof. But Rose said she would take care of it, and she did! We wanted the Solar Company to take the panels and replace them back on the roof. Rose listened, worked the deal with the Solar Company, the Insurance company and her crew and got it all done quickly, professionally and smoothed out every bump along the way. Highly recommended, we will use Rose and her company again if we ever need to!!

Had roofing and siding replaced. Great job, I love it. Very professional work on both jobs. All work was done in a timely manner with excellent clean-up when finished.
