I would like to give them a higher rating, as at the time they installed a new roof on our house in July 2021, I was impressed with the work and professionalism of the team.
I revised my star rating with the hopes they will do a better job in communicating with customers in a more timely fashion.
We noticed that at the end of September, as the weather cooled down, a new attic fan they installed was running non-stop.

Davis Roofing recently replaced the roof on my single family home, and I am delighted. The customer experience before, during and after the installation was excellent. They are knowledgeable, honest, communicate effectively, and do great quality work. Dan Davis listened to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and was onsite to make sure things went well. Great crew onsite did top notch, quality work. Gina, in the office, was always responsive handling questions and coordination. The use of their own crane and dump trailers made the project quicker, and they were done within a day, as promised. I was very concerned with tear-off debris in my exhaust fans, but the crew prevented any issues, as promised. Just examples of their great customer focused attention to detail and quality. WELL DONE, Davis Roofing!!

Davis Roofing and Construction did a fantastic job of replacing my roof on my house and garage. They were professional, and provided good quality and value. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the tear off and install the new roof. They also did a great job of removing any debris and nails that were on the ground. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in replacing or repairing their roof. Mary Kleban

ADDED 11/17/2021: Shortly after my review was posted, Davis did respond and satisfactorily resolved the attic fan issue. I revised my star rating with the hopes they will do a better job in communicating with customers in a more timely fashion.

I would like to give them a higher rating, as at the time they installed a new roof on our house in July 2021, I was impressed with the work and professionalism of the team.
However, we noticed that at the end of September, as the weather cooled down, a new attic fan they installed was running non-stop. This continued into October and, on Oct. 25, I called the company to see if they could look at it. The person on the phone gave me a number of reasons why this would happen, but at the end said he would send someone to look at it on Oct. 27. No one showed up that day, and I did not hear from the company why that happened.
I called again on Nov. 2. I got another person who was more empathetic to my concern and said she would have someone get back to me by the day's end. I have yet to hear from anyone.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer follow-up.
