M&M Was a great company to work with. Their price was similar with other estimates we got, but their material quality, credentials, and communication and organizational skills set them apart. We got a high quality product and install within about 2 weeks of the quote. The workers got here at 7 am and worked a 13 hour day on one of the hottest days of the year! I was shocked and pleased the work was completed in a day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M&M to anyone needing a roof replacement.

We reached out to M&M Home Remodeling Services because we needed an evaluation and estimate on opening up the area under our vented soffit covers to create airflow into our attic. (We had just paid an attic company to do a lot of work to create that airflow, only to be told at the end of the workday that there were no lower vents into our attic at all. They gave us a quote to create those vents, but we wanted to get another professional opinion on the scope and cost of the work.)
Mike O'Malley came out and was extremely professional, friendly, thorough, and honest. He listened to exactly what we needed, did a thorough evaluation, explained what he'd recommend, and then fully and patiently answered all of our questions. He was totally up-front about our options and the potential cost-benefits of each. There were no pushy sales tactics, and we can tell that this is a company that prioritizes quality and longevity above a quick buck. Even though we ultimately decided to let the original company make it right, we will absolutely be coming to Mike and M&M Remodeling Services when it's time to replace our roof, fascia, soffits and gutters!

This is the worse company ever. They make you sign a contract; take about 80% of the cost of the work. They scheduled an appointment and they didn’t come. They gave an appointment for a follow day 7-12. They still didn’t come for the second appointment. They said no one needed to be home when they came to do the work. This company should not be trusted. They are over priced and they have $800.00 from me for two weeks and I still waiting for the work to be completed. WORSE COMPANY EVER.

This was my first time using M&M HOME REMODELING SERVICES( which I found on Angi's List); I needed some roof repair, gutters, and downspouts, Anthony Irizarry was the consultant who came to my home. After examining my damages, he quoted me a Free Estimate and explained to me what will be done.He was very Professional, Courteous, and I felt No sales pressure from him; The project was completed in less than 2 weeks; sooner than I expected which was great! The crew did a Fantastic Job and they cleaned up greatly! I would Highly recommend this company!

I had the best experience EVER. I dealt with an outstanding man named Tony. He went through every detail slow and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions, He had amazing patience with me. Plus, when the job was done he said call me anytime if you have questions or need something!!! This Company is 5 STARS+. The ROOF looks Amazing it is so true you get what you pay for. The first roof I got when I bought my house was a joke. I wanted to get a cheaper price. There were so many more things I needed to have for the roof properly being done to extend the life and quality of the roof. The last company was basically new shingles and that is it. I was amazed what I learned and how many more things were needed for proper installation. For the water the algae the ventilation in the attic and upstairs. Under the gutters. The flow of water off your roof. The men that worked on my roof were very hard workers and did a GREAT JOB. I STARE at my roof all the time now. I went from like my first roof being a 1 STAR HOTEL to M&M a 5 STAR HOTEL. Plus, I love the fact that it is family owned. Always get better customer Service with a family owned company. Our old roof leaked like a sieve, but we are able to sit in our home, warm, secure, and DRY because of our new M&M roof. Not a drop of water anywhere, not even during last week's massive wind and rain storm. We'd like to thank the M&M team for their organization and professionalism. We highly recommend M&M!

This review is for our initial consultation with the company and its employee Tony Irizarry. We contacted them regarding a water stain in the ceiling of our office we had recently noticed. Tony came out and was very friendly and took a look at the ceiling and listened to us explain what happened. He then went into our attic to take a look and take a number of pictures. Tony was the first to do this, other companies came out and said they don't do attics, to look into an attic company, or took a few pictures and came down. Tony however took a good look and came down with a number of pictures to show us in detail what was going on and what our issues were in the inside. Had he not, we would not have known we needed our roof redecked due to rotting and wet boards. He then checked the outside of our home in detail and provided more pictures as to concerns that needed fixing. Tony was great in being friendly, listening actively, providing all the information to us about the work they would do in a concise manner, as well as outlining the project and price. There were no gimmicks or pressure involved. After multiple bids we decided to hire them to do the work and look forward to adding that review in the future.

M&M replaced an older set of French doors that opened onto our deck with a new slider door. We are very happy the slider. The entire process, from consultation to installation, went perfectly. Recently (January 2025) had a roof replacement on home and garage that was professionally, meticulously and expeditiously completed. My sales rep, Tony Irizarry, was great with addressing questions and explaining the process of the roof replacement. He was also very patient and accommodating when I needed extended time for bringing this project to the finish line. The project was initially postponed due to the weather but rescheduled within 48 hours and completed within 48 hours from start. Chris, the on-site supervisor, was also helpful with addressing and responding to questions. He also did a post job evaluation and explained any questions concerning the job. I was very pleased with the entire process!! Will not hesitate to contact Tony again if needed!

Working with Tony to set up my window replacement project has been so easy. The deciding reason I chose to work with M&M is because of how he has stayed invested in my project while I was weighing my options.

M&M put on a new roof early this year - GREAT job, by the way - and I inquired about gutter guards. Because we have a flat roof, they recommended against them, and saved me about $2,500. This is true integrity.

M & M Home Remodeling recently removed our existing siding and installed ne James Hardie housewrap and Plank & Shingle/Shake Siding. The whole process from quotation through finished product went smoothly. The installation team did a great job on the removal of the existing siding, the installation of the new house wrap and Plank Lap Siding and Shingle/Shake Siding. The finished product looks great. The installation team was meticulous and a hardworking team!

Every m& m employees did a tremendous job. When they finished the roof, you couldn't tell they had been here. They were done in aday and a half, it was a super large tear off. I mean major tear off after years of someone patching it over and over. Everyone knew exactly what they had to ,from start to finish, great job. .. I would highly recommend them to all my family. M & M remodeling did a small siding repair for me recently. The company is professional and efficient. They did a fair estimate and the communicated to me when the repair would be completed. They communicate thoroughly and their work was completed flawlessly!! I highly recommend M & M!!

M&M home remodeling scammed me into signing a contract telling me that the lender was doing a 16 month special that if paid in full within 16 months it would be interest free! What a scam! I would not recommend this company! I gave star but if i hade a choice it would be 0 stars

I really am happy with the whole process of replacing the roof on my home and garage. Everything was explained in detail by Matt, my sales consultant. He was available to answer questions throughout the process. It also was a thorough detailed, written contract. They were able to get it done in one day about 3 weeks sooner than the original scheduled date. Highly recommend

Called and scheduled estimate for 8 am, thinking yay I’ll get done before work. 8 am comes and goes no one comes. Called and they tell me it’s an hour window for arrival. He’ll be here just before 9. I start work at 9. They tell me: we sent a text saying it’s an hour window…. Yes when I read your second confirmation text you mention that. You did not in the first or final one, or in the phone when scheduling.

Tony Irizarry was my representative that i worked with and was extremely thorough with his evaluation and proposed plan for a full roof replacement that would also rectify some issues that we were having as far as mold in the attic without having to replace soffit and fascia. Between my time of signing the agreement and roof install, the leak from my skylight had gotten worse and Tony came out that same day to personally install a temporary fix that would stop the leak to get me by until the full install/replacement. It was great customer service all around from M&M!

The entire staff at M & M was professional, cordial and took the time to explain our options and what needed to be done to repair and update our home after a tornado took part of our roof and caused other damage. They were understanding and kept us informed throughout the entire process.
