Davis Contracting did an excellent job on my new bathroom. I was very pleased with the outcome. If I ever have need for another project, I will call them first.

Julius and his Davis Contracting crew did an excellent job finishing our deck project that was left in a complete mess from the original contractor that we were forced to fire. Davis Contracting also installed a new roof that looks amazing. They were forthcoming, punctual, and on-time. A night and day difference from the original contractor. They came highly recommended and my wife and I are thrilled with the finished product. Will be hiring them again for future projects/work.

Davis contracting just recently helped me remodel my home. They came and knocked out a wall separating my kitchen and living room, while also laying flooring, and fixing the electrical since things had to be changed since a wall was gone. They were very professional and got the job done in 3 days. My home looks totally different but it was everything I could have asked for. I would highly suggest using Davis contracting for any home remodeling absolutely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife chose Davis contracting to build the steps with a platform on our house. From the beginning they were on time and they worked throughout the day and did a very good job in building it. Their work exceeded my expectations in everyway, especially for the price that paid for their services. They even addressed a couple of concerns that I had without question and without delay. Called on Friday to get a quote for replacing our deck. By Tuesday the job was started and by Friday the job was complete! Tore down our old deck, built a newer and larger deck. Great service, timely and professional. Will be calling again when the weather warms up to install a fence. I would highly recommend!

Hired to remodel my mom house. He did a excellent job. Very professional. Made sure things were done to her specifications. Very polite professional crew. Would recommend to anyone wanting interior and exterior work done to give him a call. I give him 10 stars. ⭐ ✡ ⭐

Upon completion of the work I paid a total of $16,790.00 to Davis Contracting LLC for replacing my roof, siding and to build a carport and deck. I immediately noticed there were issues with workmanship and installation of the siding. In March of 2019 the gutters on the West side of my house detached from the house; it was in the contract for 6 inch gutters to be installed but they put in 4 inch. Julius came out and reattached and replaced the gutters but the gutters are still not in proper placement to the house.

The carport was not installed to the specifications I requested.

May 5, 2019 I contacted Julius about siding falling off my house on the West side, his solution was to silicone the siding and use vertical nails to hold it in place. The soffit on the East side of the house was cut too short causing it to fall out of place.

On 8/11/2019 I sent Julius a text about making the corrections on the the workmanship of the incorrectly installed siding, I sent Julius 11 photos of the issues that needed to be corrected and he never responded.

The summer of 2019 I had Hanson's Siding come out and inspect the work that was done by Julius to see if the issues could corrected. Their response was that there were so many problems with the way the siding was installed that it could not be corrected and the entire siding needed to be replaced.

April 29, 2020 I reached out again to Julius in regards to siding falling off the shed and the soffit on the back East side of the house falling out of place. He sent out one of his employees named Kenny to address the problem, after showing Kenny all the issues I was having he agreed the job was poorly done and apologized on behalf of Davis Contracting for the poor workmanship.

On 8/24/2020 I reached out to Julius again because the siding on the front of my house is falling off, the spacing gaps on the boards of my deck are so wide I can insert a pencil between the boards. The hand rail leading up to the deck has separated from the post leaving the nails exposed. The siding on the shed that Kenny had fixed is now falling off again.

Julius has not responded to any of my requests to fix and or complete the work that was agreed upon.

My wife and I hired Davis Contracting for a privacy fence. Julius and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They listened to our needs and created a collaborative environment to make our vision come true. I definitely recommend their services.

I would like to commend Mr. Davis and his two crews who deserve accolades on the outstanding work done to provide me with a retaining wall (with a draining system), and a reconstructed cedar deck, etc. Mr. Davis was committed in getting the job done in a timely manner. Under his leadership, the crews were very efficient, professional, provided quality products and communicated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Davis Contracting, LLC!
