We used Davis Construction & Remodeling to design and attach an oversized garage to our property. Larry did everything from scratch - drawing up the plans, getting the permits and HOA approvals and more. He's meticulous and methodical with everything from A to Z. He designed the garage by himself (avoiding an architect) to keep our costs low, cleared trees and leveled land, redesigned driveway and added a creek culvert, poured concrete, then stick built the garage, installed electrical fixtures, removed a window and drywalled area, reroofed house to match garage roof, painted everything, and more. I'm not sure how he managed to integrate everything - somehow he's got super powers in spatial layouts. Simply beautifully done. The final price was very reasonable, particularly when you factor in the extensive concrete work and more. I mention a lot of big picture activities here, but Larry Davis immerses himself in details - showing us amazing kitchens in high end homes and more. Apparently he does everything from remodels to additions to building entire homes. If Davis Construction has other projects in the pipeline, it's well worth the wait. Super pleased!
I had Davis Construction and Remodeling complete a roof replacement on the farmhouse. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Not one issue that came up, that wasn't resolved immediately. It was calling for heavy rains halfway through the project, Larry and his team hustled up, skipping lunch a couple of days to make it happen before the storm. Even the morning of the storm, Larry himself was there, caulking and checking to make sure everything was covered until they could return to do the finishing touches.
