I bought a brand new house from David Perry construction 2 years ago and have been extremely disappointed with their work. I had to completely replace the garage door ($3500) because it was installed incorrectly and ripped after 1 year, tear up and redo all the flooring in the first floor because of cheap materials (not waterproof, they are coming up, splintered my 8 year olds foot, and warping from any water exposure whatsoever) ($8000) and now I have roof leaks that I'm getting estimates on. This is a 2 year old house and should not need a garage door, floor and roofing replacements. It's very frustrating to keep having to deal with issues that would not be coming up if things have been done right the first time. I would not recommend buying a house from them or getting repairs done from them. Hope this helps the next person.
Very good at what he does . Don't matter what it's 8s he's doing, what I like the most is the way he drives u to do the best he knows you can do... One thing for sure if it's not right you will take it up and make it right... Thanks for the opportunity David.. Mr. Fade Away.
