We had a leak in our roof. We called David Deschaine who promptly came over himself to evaluate and make the repair. Very professional! Highly recommended!!!

Called to request a quote. Owner answered giving his name, I responded, giving my name saying I needed a quote on a new roof and some siding repairs. The Owner goes off on some rant accusing me of calling his number for other reasons. I assured him I really wanted quotes, but he kept insisting I was calling trying to sell him something. He did not even have the decency to apologize for his unprofessional way of handling the call and just hangs up on me
Called back several days later to request a quote. Owner answers this time taking my information saying he would go to the house to give me a quote. Have not heard back from him in more than week. Very unprofessional,

Great experience. They got me on the calendar very quickly. Everything was done in one day. Very professional. And the roof looks amazing!

We got 4 quotes from local roofing contractors for our ranch, and chose Dave. What stood out was Dave's eye for design. He pointed out a few things that he thought we should do that none of the others discussed at all, recommended a new drip-edge color to improve curb appeal, and did a few extra items I requested such as adding a bathroom exhaust vent so I could re-route the existing one (which vented through our soffit). His quote was competitive and once we signed the contract the job was done within a week. Communication was great once the contract was signed. Dave let me know when they'd be coming to deliver the shingles, and when his crew would be there to do the job. Communication via text and phone was quick and easy. He arrived early the morning of install -- before the crew -- and got the dump trailer and ladders set up so they could start right away when they arrived. The whole job was completed in a day, Dave was on-site for most of the work, and the site was cleaned up afterward, just before dark. We have a big chimney and they did new lead around the whole thing and improved the pitch above the chimney for us as well -- that looks really good. I'm happy with the work and would hire Dave again ... though unless we move I don't think I'll need a new roof any time soon.

It only took only six hours from start to finish for our roof! Very professional and everything was clean before they left.

Dave did an awesome job on a roof repair after a storm pulled a large section of shingles off. Gave me a good, fair quote right over the phone because I had some detailed photos and work was done within a day. Appreciate the piece of mind and awesome customer service!

I had a shingle issue over the weekend with a storm coming in and Dave was able to fit a repair in around his previously scheduled jobs. Was super nice and high quality work. Also my dog liked him a lot, that's a plus. Would recommend and use again.

I called Dave Deschaine for a small roof repair a couple of weeks ago, expecting my job to be fit in to their schedule when they could get to it. To my surprise, Dave and another member of his team were at my house a few hours later (they were in the area) and had my repair done in less than 30 minutes! Dave took pictures of my roof to show me the problem, as well as their work when it was complete, and patiently answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with the prompt, quality service and plan to call Dave when we need a new roof in a few years.

I needed someone who could do more than just replace shingles and Dave was the man for the job. I have an 1800's house that had many layers of shingles that had been leaking and caused damage to the wood underneath. Dave came out and did a detailed inspection and gave me an estimate for everything I needed done. He sent a carpenter with the crew to do all the carpentry work that was needed and they all did an awesome job. It was a big job that took a few days to complete and was on budget. It looks great and no leakes. I highly recommend Dave for quality work done right.

Dave came to the house on Wednesday and the job was done on Friday. Everyone on the crew was very professional and they cleaned up afterwards.. I am very happy with the job done, And my roof looks great! All around a great experience!

August 2013: I was told upon signing the contract that the work would begin in about two weeks, which proved very accurate. The roofing crew that was hired was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Their time was spent very efficiently and the job was completed in two days. Visually, the workmanship is well done, with careful attention having been paid to corner wraps, edges and along the peak. The yard was cleaned up upon completion with no debris left behind, save for some nails and staples on the deck mixed in with the plants. We are very satisfied with our new roof.
