C.M.L is best in class. From the original walk through and quote, to providing references, to the planning stage, to the actual job, the communication throughout was five star. In the trades I’m accustomed to a little bit of chaos with all jobs and there was none of that with C.M.L. From the owners and management team, down to the foreman’s and workers…it was an absolute pleasure to work with them and have them on site. Will never do a roof with anyone else other them. I through curveballs such as needing to take down a chimney last minute and they were happy to oblige throughout. End result is beautiful. Lily, Chris, Colin, Leo & Cory are a great team. Feel very fortunate to have found them.

CML workers were hard workers and did a very good job, they paid attention to detail, and cleaned up really well after project was completed. Pricing was very good and the project manager was right on top of everything!

We’ve used CML for a few different services over the years. Recently had skylight replacements done. Crew was great - timely, attention to detail, above and beyond service going back to the supplier to get a shingle color that matched the existing ones better.

Just knocking off one star for services where they subcontract out. Also had gutters done and the crew didn’t have the correct plans on what areas of the house were to be done and also totally missed that should have installed leaf guards. Opportunity to strengthen communication and/or confirmation of orders with subcontractor partners.

I wish there was an option to give CML roofing more stars. This is the third project Chris and his team have done for our house. He walked my wife and I through the ins and outs of updating our house's siding, putting on new roof, and his team just finished an update/minor remodel of our kitchen.

I wholeheartedly recommend CML Roofing and General contracting. I hired them to side a home after being scammed by another ‘contractor’. They were willing to work with me to find a quote within my now limited budget. They initiated communication at least weekly keeping me in the know about where my project was in their timeline. They arrived weeks earlier than they initially anticipated and managed to complete the job in only 2.25 days. The men on site were wonderful and professional. Every night the property was fully cleaned of nails and debris before the team left. I will absolutely be calling them again!

The project - vinyl siding, new roof shingles, all exterior trim replaced with PVC, new gutters, & building painted. Four different crews. One project manager, Leo. I’ve had three houses built. I have never seen such professional work and excellent time management. The crews know their craft. Leo knows how to coordinate it all and communicate to us what’s going to happen when and any unforeseen decision issues. I can’t recommend CML any more strongly than to say they are the best I’ve encountered. And I’ve encountered many. From estimation to supervision through the work done - nothing but top notch.

CML did a great job re-roofing my house. They showed up on time after two delays which was out of their control. After a brief safety walk around, they got organized and in 2.5 hours had the roof stripped away. The day had 25 mph winds, so most of the old roofing came off the roof slides they set up, but not all. Anything light like plastic film, packaging, old tar paper sailed out into the woods. Also, they used a ladder hoist to run the packs of roofing to the roof apex. They should put a absorbent pad under it, as it leaks oil. The crew was very safety conscious using climbing ropes and harnesses. Once again they could have used safety glasses and helmets for the crew working on the ground as there was material flying because of the wind. They did a slick job of flashing the chimney. Much improved over the old job. Once they completed the roof, they all went into clean up mode. Nails were everywhere but they had a magnet on rollers which picked up 95% of them. And they searched the woods as well picking up the wind blown roofing.

Colin was our sales rep and kept us dialed in on dates and delivery of materials. Cory was the site/ project manager who worked around our schedule, the weather and the company schedule. Leo came by to double check the site and help with logistics.

They did the whole show in one day. Impressive! I have them back in a heart beat..

CML Roofing was wonderful. The scheduling and materials lined up perfectly, and the time period from getting our quote to getting our roof completely stripped and redone, was less than a week. It took the crew less than a day to do the actual job. They informed me of a tiny bit of rot, provided pictures, put down new plywood, and even patched some areas of our chimney. They were efficient, cleaned every little piece up, and the new roof looks great. We are absolutely satisfied with the work! We'd definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with C.M.L. roofing from start to finish. We had an immediate response to our request for an estimate on replacing our clapboard siding with vinyl. It was a huge job as we needed to replace all the particle board underneath the siding. John, our sales/point person did a thorough assessment of our house and worked to get us the best price possible. He was easy to communicate with and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Leo, the production manager and Cory, the project manager were also very responsive and professional throughout the process. Leo reached out to make sure things were going as planned and to offer to take care of small details, such as replacing lights and bulbs. The crew were amazing and such incredibly hard workers. They arrived early and put in very long days to complete the job in a timely manner. They did a fantastic job and even replaced all the corner boards and trim with a nice white contrast. Our particular crew was small but because we were not on a time frame that was irrelevant and they and did a good job and met our expectations. We had a flawless experience with C.M.L. Roofing before, during and after the replacement of our existing wooden deck with a new TimberTech deck. Chris was prompt in coming to the house to review the deck and make recommendations as well as in getting us an estimate. Due to the amount of work CML had lined up and the ordering of materials we had to wait around 7 weeks for the work to start. Once the job was complete both Chris & his foreman reviewed the job and made sure that we were happy with the work.

Cory and Colin were very responsive and easy to work with. Scheduling was simple and the jobsite was left in pristine condition once the roof was completed.

Cory went above and beyond - helping me clean up a mess of debris left behind from other contractors that had been on the jobsite. It was refreshing to see people taking pride in their work, genuinly caring about the customer, and going above and beyond. As a society weve shifted so far from these values, but it was good to see they are alive and well at CML. I highly recommend them to others and would use them again for any of my future projects.

Everything about this experience was 5 stars. John was super thorough with his explanation during the initial visit and while building the quote, then Leo and the crew were so easy to work with and put us totally at ease. They encountered a few unforseen problems and were able to pivot and improvise at no extra cost to us. Replacing the entire roof is the second biggest purchase we’ve ever made, so it was a big deal for us and Leo inspired nothing but trust throughout the whole process. The crew is unbelievably efficient, they roofed our entire 4 bedroom house down to the studs in less than 24 hours. It looks amazing, all of our neighbors have been super complimentary and were equally in awe watching the work get done. I recommend CML as highly as possible. I had CML Roofing replace my old roof and the experience from start to finish was very easy. Starting with meeting John for an estimate to meeting Leo and Corey when the job was completed. They all were very professional and the employees doing the work were very respectful and thorough in cleaning up the property which included wiping/washing the house that had dust and dirt from the job! I was very impressed and pleased by my first time in working with a contractor. All my questions were addressed with patience and professionalism. After contacting 5 or 6 contractors CML were the most responsive and reasonably priced. Extremely happy with the time frame in getting the job done.

I have used dozens of contractors in 35 years of home ownership and CML is at the very TOP of the list! CML was a godsend! I had multiple home exterior issues, that needed to be addressed. They included replacement of rotting wood/trim, identification of the source of water intrusion and rectification, and more! From obtaining an estimate from them to the completion of the job — and all the steps in between — they were reliable/consistent, thorough, and kind. It was such a relief to feel confident, worry free, and cared for, throughout the job!

Our roof and siding was one of the last things we did at the end of a very long 2.5 year full house renovation. CML Roofing and General Contracting was exactly what we needed to coast to the finish line. Hands down the best contractor we have ever dealt with. Colin came to do the quote and was extremely helpful explaining everything and guiding us through the quote process and decision making. He had the quote to us quickly as well as modifying it a couple times as we changed our minds on a few things. His communication was also top notch keeping us informed with schedule and everything else. The roof & skylight came first with Leo and crew knocking it out of the park! Then Angelo and crew arrived to do the siding and it was just as awesome! They are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen and I have worked in construction for over 25 years. They were non stop from the time they showed up until they left. Every day they cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell they were ever there. Cost, quality, and professionalism A++++++

The whole process worked seamlessly. They gave me the exact same deal (product, warranty, etc). as another company, but for about 25 % less. The crew was very hard working and efficient, did an excellent job, and a very good cleanup. The foreman was very personable, and kept me up to date during the whole process. There was a small amount of rot that needed to be repaired, but that was expected - and the extra cost was quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

I was referred to CML roofing from our community facebook page when I asked about a project. I made quick contact with John there who was originally prompt, and we made a time for a consult. He came out, took photos, measurements, and chatted for a long time... seemed great and was friendly. That was on June 20. It's now August 20th, several attempts to reach John have failed and we haven't heard a word back from them on a quote. Find it rude and unacceptable to have taken the time to meet with someone, discuss our needs, and then to be ghosted by them. Very unprofessional - even if it is a project, you didn't want or couldn't do, it should be on you to communicate that. I prefer to work with a local company, but service likes this make that hard to do.

Assured me they had the expertise to replace the shingles on my intricate roof design. They destroyed the cosmetics of the entire roof… seams everywhere on curved drip edges.. shingles are falling off and warping. The turret looks like a road map. Horrendous ! Used too long of a nail to do my covered porch and now the underside looks like it was hit with a machine gun. I’m devastated!!! I gave them a down pymt of 4984.00. That’s all they got out of me on a 15k job. My heart is broken as my late husband built this house and it’s ruined

My first call to CML Roofing was back in December to assess minor damage from a storm. They were at my residence within 24 hours of my call and we had a plan in place for short term repairs and a long term solution to replace our roof. Within a week, and thankfully before the next big rain storm, they repaired our roof. We were assured that we would be on the list for a new roof in the spring. Sure enough…. Just a week into March…. We have a beautiful new roof! It looks great and feels even better to know we have the warranty! The crew who came out to do the work were fabulous…. Professional and extremely hard workers! The day they were at our house was a windy, blustery day! They worked until the job was done and every piece of windswept material was cleaned up. Thank you sooo much Colin, Leo, and crew!
