pumps. Called their office, set up an appointment and within a few days pump fixed and I'm staying cool.

Hello! Skyler Gilbert from Dave's World found a problem for my heat pump. He will be back to fix the problem.

The team of three was great. The electrician arrived early to plan for his part and the A/C technician with his helper started on time.
They worked for four hours together and perfectly installed outside and I side units according to our needs. In five hours the work ws completed professionally. Five stars!

Kyle and Adam are great guys and provided a great service for a reasonable price. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.

Scott, Sam and Gabe all did a very professional and clean job. They were also very pleasant and friendly. They seemed very happy to ene working at Dave's world.

Kyle and Adam Did an awesome job jetting and CCTVing the septic lines that were root bound. Very patient removing a tap root without damaging the 4” pvc. I highly recommend them for similar work!

Great communication and prompt install, heat pump is working great. Only issue was the drainage was run through my deck onto my firewood / along the side of the house, this was a simple fix ($9 piece of 1" pvc tacked up from the drainage to the far side of the deck). Small detail but could've caused a decent amount of damage to the wall down the road.

I had a clog in my line so I called Dave’s world they sent out Adam and Kyle. Let me start off by saying they know what they are doing and know what they are talking about. Cleared it all out within minutes even explaining to me the process and letting me watch it. Thank you Kyle and Adam definitely will be using Dave’s world again.

Skyler is an excellent technician. He explained to me what he was going to do and what he found. It was a warranty issue that was fixed in a timely manner.

We've used these fine folks since they were Maine Drain and they've always done a great job helping us with our fussy plumbing. This time around they dispatched within the hour, diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, finished the job, showed us video of the issue within the pipe, did a great job cleaning up, and charged a very reasonable price. We really appreciate the great service and will continue using Dave's World in the future.

I bought a generator from Dave’s World and they came and installed it, what a great job they did. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made this whole process for me so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Needed a plumber and finally decided to try Dave’s World after getting nowhere locally. They responded THE SAME DAY!!! The needed kitchen faucet replacement was procured and installed in a prompt, professional manner by Tristen, who had expertly removed the broken faucet and its connectors (which took a good deal of effort). I particularly appreciated his friendly attitude, his professionalism, and how well he cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend their plumbing services.

Kyle is very smart about diagnosing problems and is no afraid to take on something new. Kyle and his brother are very personable, as well as professional. They will always be my go-to for any plumbing issue.

I was having toilet issues and asked for a quote and within like 15 minutes I had a call back stating someone was on the way! It was unheard of how quickly they responded. Kyle and Adam came out today and helped solved the problem in a short 20 minutes and it didn’t cost any more than the service fee to drive out. They knew exactly where to start and were extremely nice and informative.

These guys that did the installation were excellent, professional. The overall experience was good. Site evaluation, payment options, possible rebates well done.

Charles was exceptional. He offered great tips and information. The results were above our expectations. Embarrassingly, we hadn’t had our heat pump deep cleaned in the 9 years we’ve owned our house. Charles was thorough, clean and timely. He also thoughtfully payed attention to our dog and cat. I would highly recommend Dave’s World. Ask for Charles!

After a little set back after cleaning, Skylar and Sam went out of their ways to get our heat pump back up and running, running all over to get the right parts and working after hours.

The technician Adam did excellent work. He was kind and informative and it was clear he took pride in what he was doing. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on. Great fella and great service

Brian was super friendly and got to work on getting the system installed. He confirmed where to install the system and addressed my questions. He and Paul were quiet, quick and efficient and completed the installation with no concerns. Afterwards he explained how to use the system. Have to say that Dave’s World is a well oiled machine and everything from the quote to the install took one week…beautiful.

The heat pump hot water heater continues to function flawlessly. They did their best to have a technician correct the work of another contractor, and while they corrected multiple problems, the shortcomings of the previous contractor were too great.

The 2 young men that came to my trailer in Skowhegan to service my Mitsubishi heat pump were exceptional. Efficient and proficient at cleaning the heat pump. Sorry that I don't recall their names. They were...AWESOME.

Dover Dave's is fast efficient and they definitely prioritize the customer's needs. My water heater was found leaking very badly last night. I called Arne and he got a hold of the office and Wendy and Dan immediately jumped into action and in a few hours two wonderful young men were at my house installing a new water heater. Craig and Christian have done a wonderful job getting it done. Thank you team, you are all fabulous.

Sam came to our home today and cleaned three heat pumps. He explained the process, worked quietly and answered our questions. He even took off his shoes each time he went in and out of the house and wore crocs inside! A gentleman with very good interpersonal skills. I would request him again.

They did an excellent job installing 2 heat pumps they covered my floors where they had to walk and are very respectful id recommended them

This company is first rate. I am writing about both Sam and Charlie in this review - two reps from Dave's World. Charlie is the technician who cleaned our two heatpumps last year, and for the first time I understood why and how these things get cleaned, and watched him do a superb job all around. And a year later, today, Sam arrived to repair damaged outside insulation on one of them, and I found Sam to be extraordinarily personable and knowledgeable, and hope to see him yearly to keep these things going indefinitely. Can't say enough about how pleasant it is to work with this company and its employees - so rare nowadays to find consistent quality - obviously this company is careful and thoughtful about who represents and works for them. Keep up the good work, and thanks.

They came when they said they would and did an excellent job. The installer arrived first and checked out the location for the inside unit and outside unit. He then covered the floor with drop cloths and unboxed the unit and installed it cleaning up behind himself, he even vacuumed as to leave nothing behind. As the inside unit was being installed the electrician arrived ( they have their own in house electrician so there's no waiting for one come whenever he feels like it) and we discussed the electric hook up. When they were done the installer made sure we understood how the remote worked and gave us a few tips on operating the unit. after they left I checked and other than the new equipment I wouldn't know they had been there A VERY PROFESSINAL JOB!!

Update 7/11/25: Had a strange issue with one of our LG heatpumps outdoor units which were installed 6-7 years ago by Dave's World. LG was stumped by the issue and no one had heard of a similar issue before. Initially Dave's World replaced the main board at LG's recommendation and this seemed to fix the issue. But when this recurred again, Skyler came out on short notice. We figured it was going to be the same issue as before, and were perplexed as to what was causing it.
AND... Skyler's great skills found the issue! It was a stray wire to the heating pan that was causing the problem. HUGE kudos to Skyler for finding the issue and fixing the source of the problem! Dave's World is awesome and I can't recommend them more highly. Thanks Julie and Skyler!!

Update 3/31/23: Sam came out again very promptly to replace a motor on one of our LG units which had been making a mild squeaking, somewhat noticeable but not affecting function. Dave's World covered this under our extended warranty with no questions asked! Now the unit is silent as can be like the other 6. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam!!

Update 3/17/23: We had Sam come out from Dave's World to do a scheduled cleaning of our 6 head LG heat pump system. He did an exemplary job cleaning and reassembling the system, gave us some valuable tips on efficiently using our heat pumps, and was on top of 2 additional minor maintenance issues with our heat pumps.
To date our LG heat pumps have been awesome both heating in winter and cooling in summer! The internet control through the app from anywhere around the world cannot be beat, as well as control through Alexa.

Dave's World was our choice in installing a 6 indoor head, 2 outdoor compressor unit heat pump system from LG. The install went very smoothly and was done ahead of schedule. Since our install nearly a year ago the LG heat pump system has been functionally rock solid, in no small part thanks to the expertise of Dave's World.

As is expected, there were small issues that cropped up over the last year (none of which affected the main purpose of the heat pumps). Dave's World staff, in particular Stephanie, have been incredibly responsive to our service requests, with quick dispatch of service staff to fix any and all issues we discovered at no charge under warranty.

After one of the service calls, one of the remotes inexplicably went missing. We were never sure what happened to it (possibly hidden by a kid or misplaced by ourselves). However, when we mentioned this to Stephanie, she went above and beyond and simply ordered us a replacement remote at no charge. A class act! Overall, very positive experience, and highly recommended.
