I can't speak for their concrete work, but I can speak for their employment process or lack there of. Owner was told 2 dates that my significant other could not work (which the owner said was no problem at all) and had it set up to work after the first date, yet he got mad when my SO didn't call him back after he left a message at 830pm (after previously mentioning he went to bed around 9pm, which, that day, he wasn't back in town until after then). Obviously he waited until morning to reach out to the owner to start and he was very upset and short with him and never called him back. I get it, phone tag is not fun, but you can't expect someone that gave you a day they can't work due to previous appointment planning before hire to call you late at night after a time you said is too late in the first place. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I really hope it was just miscommunication for future employee sake! I usually don't care about things like this but it really bothered me the way he got upset. There's no need to be rude to people who inform you they have dates they can't work.

They are personal friends of our and there always giving back to community going up and beyond of doing magnificent work.
