Dakota Property Services tackled multiple high profile rooftop paver system installs and is by far the best and most diligent contractor around for this service! Recommended them for all types of patios big or small.

DPS did my patio last year and it looks amazing! They were flexible in helping me since it conveniently rained for weeks after my patio was started and my dog needed to go outside. The patio turned out SO well and all the guys were really nice. They were more expensive than some other companies but Dan looked over the quotes and explained the difference. I then did research into the product and ultimately paid for quality!

Dan and his crew of one made quick work of removing the overgrown evergreens and shrubbery that needed to come out before we have some foundation repair work done. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was very knowledgeable. After being ghosted by two other landscaping companies, I appreciated his professionalism. The day the crew came out it was terrible weather, I really felt bad. But my doubts were not confirmed that day. We contacted Dakota Property Services after hearing a few positive mentions of them on Facebook. I’m so glad we did! Being new to landscaping, we weren’t sure what to expect. Dan, the owner, was so incredible to work with! From my initial inquiry, he was responsive, professional, and accommodating. We had to reschedule our initial meeting due to an error on our part, and Dan was so accommodating, coming out to our home outside of business hours.
We needed old, overgrown landscaping removed (photo 1), new landscaping, rock and plants put in and a patio built (photo 2). He gave us some great ideas to bring our vision to life. The entire process was so much faster than anticipated and the quality of their work is phenomenal. Dan and the whole crew were friendly, professional, and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the results and have already recommended their services to friends and family. We will definitely call them for any future needs!

I was feeling overwhelmed with how many leaves were in my yard this fall. (It seemed like more than usual.) Dan and team came to the rescue! In just a couple hours my whole yard was clean and even the hard to get ones stuck in all the landscaping rocks surrounding the house! They were genuinely happy to help, professional, and thorough. I absolutely despise dealing with any type of contractors in Fargo, ND. They never call back, they never show, etc. That is NOT Dan and Dakota Property Services. Dan answers his phone, responds to texts, his prices are fair and competitive, and he shows up when he says he will show up.
