The Crew came to our home to install a New Roof and were very Professional.
They took Pride in the Product they were installing.
My husband cooked a 5 course meal for the installers and treated them better than any other Client.

I called GAF and asked for a claim on the warranty. They said there was never a drip edge installed.
Have called him numerous times to fix it the right way and he won’t even call back!!!
They replaced the roof in 2011 and it leaked on first rain in the master bedroom.

I bought this house with a roof warranty (roof is 6 years old). The roof leaking around edge so badly that I called GAF (roofing system) and asked for a claim on the warranty. They said there was never a drip edge installed, so it wouldn't be covered under warranty, because that's considered "poor workmanship" and they don't cover for that. I tried calling the business owner several times/several days and he hasn't returned my call. Came to google to check reviews and I'm starting to realize it's best I just hire a different company who will do it correctly.

Didn’t install a lead boot on this vent pipe, just caulked around it and of course it leaked and ruined the ceiling underneath. This is my 80 year old grandmother’s house. Have called him numerous times to fix it the right way and he won’t even call back!!! DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER!!!

They replaced the roof in 2011 and it leaked on first rain in the master bedroom. They repaired it and it leaked again in a few weeks. Then three years later it leaked again. I brought in another roofer and we found the bottom of a tin can stuck in a hole and papered over. I had to have the entire roof done. They found so many issues I won't waste your time. Our insurance paid for new carpet ceiling and wall rework. They are not happy with with R&S.

When the Crew came to our home to install a New Roof they were very Professional showed up on time, and took Pride in the Product they were installing. When anyone comes to our home to install anything we make sure they have Breakfast and Lunch. My husband cooked a 5 course meal for the installers and treated them better then any other Client had treated them, and they were very Grateful and Humble.
The only reason why I gave this Company a 1 Star is because when a rain storm came i couldnt get into my home because there was just a small Gutter Guard on the Gutters and the incline of the roof Demanded a longer and Higher Guard. When we called Scott he never returned our calls and when he did he said he would come, but never showed up which is umprofessional. We are under warranty and my sky light is seperating from the roof ( they replaced the skylight) I called Scott again left a message on Business Phone and Mobile Phone Twice. This time I let him know that Im not happy and the Right thing to do is return a call and gave this time my husbands Number for him to talk to him. I doubt that he will call its like " Do a Job Get the Money and Run" Bad Business. My roof Cost over $9,000 and we bought a Top of the Line Product. Very Dissapointed !
