Very bad attitude of an owner or manager at this place. I have a commercial building and I asked them to bid on a roofing job couple years back and since they were considerably higher on their quote, I ended up going with someone I knew better. So I approched them recently after bad storm for some siding and roof repair work, manager/owner told me he is not interested in coming out to my place because he did not get the job couple years back. He had a courage to tell me that he does not care for any current or future business I may have and that I should go back to person who did my roofing job couple years back. In entire communication, I was very professional and calm but person at the other end was rude, unprofessional and had very bad attitude. I have other choices in town so I went ahead with them but I wanted to share this so others are aware of treatment you may received from these guys if you don't give them business. Very poor way to conduct business!! I am glad I made a choice of NOT giving them business couple years back looking at their attitude towards customer service. If their senior management thinks the way they treated me, I would not trust them even if they did the best job in town.
