I can't say enough good things about the fantastic work Cutting Edge on 3 projects they did for me over the summer. After I recently bought a house, we discovered a significant amount of mold in the house. I have particular sensitivities to mold. They reassured my from the beginning - explaining they had family members with similar sensitivities and had extensive experience treating/eradicating mold in water damaged buildings. They did an amazing job getting rid of it, which included rebuilding one side of the house.

They also replaced old carpet and put new plank flooring in all of the main floor (see pics). The quality of the work on both jobs is impeccable. Their crew was friendly, open to suggestions and showed up every day until the job was done. I highly recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

I hired Cutting Edge to fix problems on my deck another contractor made. They came when they said they would and fixed everything up to quality standards. Since they did such a nice job on the deck I hired them to replace my tub/shower with a tiled shower. Then I had them shore up a retaining wall.

All the work they do is in a professional manner. They are a great group of guys that are personable, professional and fun.

I highly recommend them.

My first engagement with cutting edge started with me explaining our vision and budget. Our bathroom remodel was a challenge, in that we had to do a major plumping and electrical upgrade in our circa 1950 beach cabin. Cutting Edge has discounted building supplies that really reduce the costs of remodeling. Not only are the guys knowledgeable but they understand what you want and try to create it. I recently hired Cutting Edge for a bathroom remodel, which primarily focused on installing a new shower alongside other significant updates. Their work has left me thoroughly satisfied and I highly recommend their services.

The main part of the project was the shower installation. Cutting Edge delivered exceptional results, creating a functional shower space. The team's expertise was evident in the seamless execution and attention to detail.

In addition to the shower, Cutting Edge moved the washer and dryer hookups to my utility room, a task completed with efficiency and minimal disruption. They also built a bathroom storage cabinet, which is a simple design and perfectly meets my storage needs and complements the bathroom.

The installation of a new vanity and toilet was carried out with precision, contributing to the updated look and feel of the space. Cutting Edge also handled the removal of old wallpaper, texturing, and painting, bringing a fresh and modern appearance to the bathroom. The baseboards and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring were installed meticulously, rounding out the remodel with a polished finish.

Throughout the project, Cutting Edge's employee Adam maintained clear communication, kept the work area clean, and showed respect for my home. The quality of their craftsmanship and their commitment to meeting project timelines were apparent from start to finish.

This company has worked with me for the past 3 years. Very dependable and reliable. They have remodeled homes inside and out for my owners. The work is exceptional not just my words but owners and tenants have all made the comments. Many of my units are 1932 built or slightly younger homes. So there are many times there is old work or beautiful old fixtures. The craftsman's ship of these men has been proven over and over again by them rehabilitating the fixtures.
The wood work on the decks can be seen on many of the decks in town.

I was a little worried about finding a Good Contractor to do my guest bathroom. Feel very fortunate that a local business recommended them. They were so helpful in all aspects. Did a great job, and now we are in the planning stages for them to do a total remodel of my main bathroom and kitchen. Will also be doing flooring and a couple of other smaller projects.

I hired Cutting Edge to clear the land for my custom built house. They also removed trees and stumps. They were quick and responsive to my every need. The price was fair and the company provided good value.

We had our main shower floor fail and there was virtually no one available to help us. Understanding our situation, Cutting Edge managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule. My wife and I witnessed just how complex it is to replace a shower floor, and their experienced tile person, Kent, along with his help, did a really outstanding job. They were also very courteous, timely, and a pleasure to interact with. I would strongly recommend Cutting Edge for anyone with a contracting need.

Cutting Edge did a very professional job remodeling our bathroom. When we bought the house the bathroom was a total mess, it had been neglected and looked terrible. Cutting Edge demoed the old bathroom, replaced the flooring, put in a new shower, vanity and fixtures. They came when they said they would, were very helpful in offering material choices. They were always responsive and did a great job.I would highly recommend them.
They also painted all the outside house trim and replaced a door in our living room. They kept the house clean while working and always provided good advise.
