The first thing I noticed was if he says he is going to do something, he does it. No shortcuts, no delays. I had contacted 4 roofers to put up ice cleats on my polymer slate porch roof. Pat did the research, found the best product and installed them. This solved my problem of snow and ice falling onto my hedge killing it. I am so grateful to have this problem solved and will definitely use him in any of my future projects.

Extremely pleased with roof replacement and gutter ingenuity ! Pat and his crew were able to begin sooner than planned due to some surprising warmer temperatures. Everyone was courteous and respectful. They were very efficient and thorough with the clean-up. I have already recommended them to friends!

Pat came to assess the situation and provided us with a very reasonable price for his services. We would not hesitate to use the services of this contractor in the future for any services. His crew cleaned up so good you wouldn't have even known they was there. Pat and his crew 100% GREAT!!! Plus his a veteran of the United States Marines huge plus also

Amazing job! Came by, properly assessed n thoroughly explained the issue at hand n what caused it, as well as the necessary steps needed to fix my roof. Fixed my roof n the water damage promptly n its now good as new. Efficient, clear communication n dependability... ill recommend pat any day
