Custom Build (Roofing & Building Services Cheshire)

I recently employed Custom Build to construct a single story extension (shell only) on my property and we couldn’t be any happier. Iain and his team were fantastic throughout the whole project. Really easy to work with and their workmanship is second to none.
I would definitely recommend Custom to anybody and I’ll be having them back soon for more work on my house. 10/10

Iain and his team worked on our flat roof which wasn’t draining properly and causing moisture damage. He was very well informed about what our options were, how much each one would could and what choices we could make to bring our overall cost down which we really appreciated!

The team also left the site clean and tidy which was an added bonus which we were grateful for.

The team were extremely friendly and professional. Arrived daily on the agreed time and everything was completed with the deadlines agreed. Very minimal mess and was clean & tidy every evening before leaving. As well as the work been completed, they helped manage other ongoing projects in the house. We had a full replacement roof at the same time as our attached neighbours did. Ian arrives when he says he will and is polite and helpful offering advice and explaining any issues. The job was completed promptly with work continuing daily, even at weekends until it was finished. It was a messy job but they tidied up both outside and in the loft.

I have just had Custom Build complete a new roof, including a roof over a bay window, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. Iain and the team at Customer Build take pride in their work and have been brilliant throughout the entire job. They kept the outdoor space tidy during the job and once finished tidied the whole area including the loft space throughly.

Just had new roof plus conversion from dormer to pitch roof completed by Iain, and his team can highly recommend them. Hard working great job and left everywhere really clean and tidy when they finished . Very pleased with everything and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Very impressed with Custom Build. They replaced two velux windows, and repaired a very damp roof. Iain identified all the problems and with his team quickly got to work taking away the old tiles, wet felt and batons etc. My newly vamped kitchen extension is now water tight and looks superb. The whole team, including plasterers worked to an excellent standard of work. The price was right too! Many thanks!!

Iain, Adam and the team did an exceptional job fitting new Fascia’s and Soffits on our house, what a fantastic team they are. We are absolutely made up with job they have done, they are polite, hard working, tidy, I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend them. We are having them back to replace our two flat roofs,thanks guys.

From the outset of the project CUSTOMBUILD NW have been exceptional in terms of communication and professionalism right through to project completion.
After we had been let down by several roofers in my local area including members of the roofing federation we came across CUSTOMBUILD NW WIDNES on their Instagram.We followed their r projects and this inspired the confidence to give them a call.
This did not disappoint.
After an initial phone call Iain one of the partners visited at a time suited to my work schedule and arrived as promised.(Some traders never even bothered replying to our initial reach out)
Iain gave an honest appraisal of the work required.Though not a big job he kindly said we would get an estimate to us in the next few days.The estimate arrived as promised within a few days clearly setting out project and cost.( some traders never bothered responding with anything !! Apparently waiting for supplier quotes)

Any issues or questions relating to our quote were responded to and answered directly by Iain quickly.

Great experience replacing a roof and revamping a garden room including cladding and adding in skylights. Iain and his team have worked quickly and effectively completely transforming our space, co-ordinating materials and trades to get the job done. From the very start Ian and his team were amazing. Ian came to give us a quote at the time planned and sent the quote through within a couple of days. Having had many other roofers give us quotes, it was clear that Ian knew what he was talking about and was able to justify every cost on a detailed breakdown. The whole process went smoothly, despite heavy rain and falling leaves making working conditions tough. The guys were prompt, polite, clean and hard working. We were not asked to pay until the job was complete and we were happy with everything. Can’t recommend them enough.

We have just had a dormer built by Iain and all the team at Custom Build (NW) and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. For 2 weeks all the lads have been left unsupervised in the house whilst completing the work without a problem. They are hard working, professional, polite, very tidy and most importantly exceptional at what they do. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to look after the project. We have used Iain, Oliver and their Team on numerous occasions. They were responsible for completely changing our house when they built the extension along the whole side of our bungalow. A fantastic job which more than exceeded our expectations.
