My back screened in porch was sagging, and I hired Curtis construction to come in and fix it. Not only were they reasonably priced, he was very kind and he got the job done quickly.

I have had Michael contract for 2 different projects: a floor repair and trim/chair rail install. For both projects the guys were on time, courteous, and professional. The work looks great!

I've used this company for two projects now. My rating is 5 once again. This time I had deck railing replaced. Paul and Alan were on time, built a beautiful new railing and cleaned up, hauled off everything. I know this is my go-to company for home repair.

My project was one nasty job for the company. Taking down popcorn ceilings. I dreaded the day this started. But, it all went smoothly. The team worked hard and cleared the way to use necessary areas - bed, bathroom - every day. Mark showed up on time. Worked hard. Andrew rocked, too. He left my house sparkling clean. That included ceiling fans, floorboards. The owner was in touch throughout. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend this company.

Michael and his staff Completed a large project for me. The experience could not have been better price was fair work was superb and I am very happy with all that they've done. Next time I have a project, Michael will be the first to be called.

I would really like to recommend Curtis Construction. I just had my entire first floor remodeled and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Michael is the most professional, hands on contractor I have ever dealt with. He kept in constant communication with me to ensure everything was being done to my satisfaction. His crew was fantastic, friendly and they cleaned up before leaving every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing to work with!!! After hearing my recent hassle trying to find a plumber someone was out to my home in less than 24 hrs. Everything that was found and fixed was throughly explained, with tips for the future. Highly recommend!

I hired Michael Curtis Construction and his crew after getting several (4) estimates for a back deck tear out and redo. Michael was very prompt coming out to give an estimate and at that time I mentioned a preferred completion date to accommodate some summer plans. He was most helpful and very patient while I was researching and selecting the composite options, colors, budget, etc.
Once demo started, I had the same two gentlemen from start to finish working on the deck, a father-son duo, daily performing quality workmanship and a work ethic that is very hard to find these days. They were always polite, respectful and cleaned up the workspace each afternoon.
Communication with Michael throughout the project was always timely, very responsive and he seemed to communicate just as well with the deck crew. He met my completion date request and the new deck exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased and definitely would recommend and hire them again in the future.

Michael and his team are the best! They did a superb job of replacing an exterior wooden platform. The work was done promptly and efficiently with meticulous cleanup. I recommend them without reservation.

Michael and team did a great job remodeling our bathrooms. The quality of work was good and the team was very courteous and professional . They worked diligently and did what was needed to complete on time. I would recommend and would use them again for any future projects.

So glad a neighbor referred them. Really nice work and reasonable prices. So far they rebuilt 2 story stairs and fence addiction and repair. Getting ready to replace gutters that another company messed up. All my future projects will be done by Curtis Construction.

Michael and his team are amazing. Their work is done to perfection, they are efficient, organized and professional. They installed ceramic floors, fixed a plumbing issue and repaired a pocket door. I can’t recommend them enough.

Michael and his team did an awesome job installing subflooring and vanities in 2 bathrooms. They paid particular detail to all aspects of the installation. They were professional, respectful and prompt. Will definitely use them again as well highly recommend them!

Curtis Construction did an amazing job on my beautiful tile floors! Jake and Sean were incredibly professional and detail oriented the entire time. They laid 700 sqft of porcelain tile seamlessly so I can barely even see the grout lines. Not only did they do a great job with the work but they also cleaned up after themselves and left the house just as they found it. (With new floors ) I plan on using them again for all my home projects in the future! Thank you for the excellent work and getting it done so fast.

Michael and his team do excellent work. I can’t say enough good things about Curtis Construction. They are very professional and exceeded my expectations for the flooring and molding they installed. They transformed my outdated home and brought it into the current century. I will use them for all of my constriction needs. If you need a guy…..don’t look any further and give them a call.

I came across Michael and his team when we had some water damage to our home. He was very quick to respond and get a quote out to us. His team did an amazing job getting our water damage taken care of and put back together quickly.

I asked him to take a look at some other jobs while they were working on the water damage project, and in the end they discovered some issues with our deck from a previous contractor's poor work. They were able to tear out and rebuild my deck quickly and even save & reuse the Trex boards to save us a significant amount of money.

Michael's team then went on to paint almost our entire home and fix a number of other various things we needed taken care of. His team was polite, timely, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond in each job that they did.

I absolutely highly recommend Curtis Construction!! I was looking for someone to rip my back porch off and he recommended reconstructing it and it came out beautiful!! I didn’t think I could afford to do that but Michael worked with me and made it affordable. His employees are well trained, punctual, meticulous and friendly. They even loved my dog! Michael was always available when I called which was great! I’ll post before/ after pictures when I decorate it. I couldn’t be happier!

Renovated a small bathroom for us, and took care of unexpected issues discovered in the older home. He also completed several home repairs, which was very convenient. I was so pleased with the bathroom, I had them paint the adjoining bedrooms. Michael maintained contact and finished the job in my required timeframe. Last spring he rebuilt a large deck at our home, picture framed it and added wire railings, which looks great.

Michael was prompt, reliable, professional, and trustworthy. He renovated my storage room with new insulation, sheet rock and paint which transformed the space. He and his team were a joy to work with and communicated easily and efficiently. I give them my wholehearted recommendation of the highest order!

We had Curtis Construction &Home Repair do a number of much needed updates and repairs for us around the house. Painting of doors including changing the color of the front door and trim around windows and the ceiling of our screened in porch all look perfect now. Oh, we had the shutters removed to update the curb appeal…. wonderful update!
Inside the house the powder room was painted and wall papered, wow love it! An upstairs inside window and shutters was in need of repair due to a water leak and now it looks brand new.
Needless to say my husband and I are more than happy with the work that has been done and would recommend Mike Curtis Construction and Jose who worked really hard to perfection. We plan to have Mike Curtis’s company back.

Michael was very friendly and professional. He treated my father and I with honesty and respect. The craftsmanship of his deck work is excellent. He removed the top of our existing deck, confirming that the structural boards underneath were in good shape. He designed a new look that maintained the spirit of our original deck, while incorporating new design that made better use of deck space and enhanced safety. 10/10 My old front deck looked so ragged. I was always sad to come home and see the old POS and I knew anyone who saw it probably laughed at the sad state of affairs. Insert the call to this amazing company. Michael was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, Patient and more than anything timely. Its done now and yall don't need to tell me its probably the talk of the town. You need to use this company. OUTSTANDING and I will say again 10/10. New Deck is a work of art. Just bummed I didn't have him sign the finished product.
