I want to give them ZERO stars but it won't let me.
As of August 2018 they have not completed gutter/downspout replacement that was paid to the company in 2016. Mr. Curtain only communicates with you when he feels like lying to you. He does everything in his power to avoid you, lie to you, shift responsibility others unbeknownst to them. **i.e. he referred me to a 'gutter guy "Rodderick" who will finish the work but when I called him, he was completely oblivious to what I was talking about and hadn't even spoken to Mr. Curtain** When Mr. Curtain finally decided to claim he would issue me a refund, he is trying to short me AND is refusing to reimburse me for the fees that STL City is charging me for gutter/downspout violations. He is claiming the gutters weren't done bc the fascia boards needed to be replaced which he led us and the insurance company to believe he would get done!!!! I try to support local business but he is doing nothing but taking money and not doing the work.
