A great small town Ford dealer and garage. Nice staff, no pressure, easy to deal with and prices in Service Department are not crazy like some I drive past to get here. I have referred several friends and relatives. Keep up the good work.

We recently had some engine issues with our 2018 Explorer (3.5l Ecoboost). The service department got right on to the diagnostic process and determined that bank 2 turbo had gone bad. They were able to get it fixed, and we picked it up.

A couple of days later, we had the same sluggish engine performance, but this time, we had a check engine light.

Again, the diagnosed two-fold problem, a ba O2 sensor and bank 1 turbo, was bad. Go figure.

Despite the fact that we're in a small town with only two car dealers and the fact that finding good, qualified mechanics is hard, they came through the second time. With only 83k miles, she drives like a new car thanks to Current River Ford.

They didn't want to help at all. The guy I dealt with was friendly enough though. He said he just sold something that would be good fit, but didn't even try to look any further or check to see if any other options were available to me. I had a much better experience at Gregg's auto sales in poplar bluff, they had a friendly helpful staff and a great selection. The people at Gregg's auto sales were quick to bend over backwards to help me out. I'd suggest Gregg's auto sales before you fork out 50k+ at Current River Ford.

First time using Current River Ford. Was impressed with my schedule service for a recall. They told me the time it would take and was right on schedule. Got me right in on my scheduled appointment. They was totally professional from start to finish.

I called to have my car serviced under warranty and the guy asked for my vin to check to make sure it's under warranty which it is While finding the Vin number he goes and says well I won't be able to get it in for several months He was just trying to do everything he could to get out of working on my vehicle. It's not your customer's fault that you don't have the proper amount of staff to meet the demand of your customer base.

Watched the guys stand around chatting with customers, they had time for that…what they wouldn’t make time for was a car inspection. My first and last time thru Current River Ford’s doors. I drove straight to Baldwin on Poplar Bluff and even tho they were busy they worked me right in. All my future does needs will be handled by Baldwin…They care about their customers where Current River doesn’t.

I recently brought my motorhome in for service and to evaluate a check engine light. After diagnosing the problem Travis called me and thoroughly explained everything with great detail. I felt he was genuinely interested in getting me back on the road and worked with Ford Warranty to resolve and repair our coach in time for our next trip. Thanks Travis and your team at Current River Ford!

I can’t say enough good things about Current River Ford! Chuck was friendly and helpful. The owner was very kind and accommodating. All of the staff were just amazing! I had no idea how much I would absolutely love my new ride! A week after I bought it we had a very cold night and the battery died. It was not a good battery. I called Chuck up and they replaced the battery at no charge. I will continue to go to Current River Ford for all my service needs and any future purchases. You just can’t beat great customer service!!!!!!
