I was very happy with the service from Cup Chimney Cleaning Services Rutland, VT. Isaiah came by for a chimney inspection and was very courteous and respectful of our home. He identified creosote buildup and completed a full creosote removal. He also performed a chimney repair on the chimney cap that had rusted out. I appreciated how he kept me informed throughout and offered great chimney maintenance advice. I now feel confident using my fireplace again, thanks to his company. I highly recommended them enough!

As first time homeowners, this was our first big project, and TN was professionalism made the process understandable and much easier to navigate.
