I am so late in posting this review, but I wanted to say CTR Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. The price they quote you is right on target and they are fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing any roof work (and I have.) Owners are so nice and everyone works with you.

David's crew did an amazing job. I was completely blown away at the final result. This is quite honestly the most beautiful roof I've ever had on any house I've ever had. You never really realize what a great roof does for your curb appeal. So happy. Thank you David, Jasmine, Jorge, and the rest of the crew

Grate roofers they do about every thing not just roofing but gutters and down spouts too. I asked if I need gutter cover and no I do not they are honest. They work on Mobile homes and Manufactured homes and I will keep using them and will recommend. Thanks (CTR) Roofing

The folks at CTR were amazing. They were friendly, prompt, and fast. I had a non-roofing issue that required a huge ladder. Didn't bother those guys. They were happy to help me out. If / when I have any real roofing issues; I won't hesitate to call CTR! Thanks again, Fellas! =]

Very efficient and price was very competitive. They had good communication throughout the process. Roof looks great. Clean up was not perfect but pretty good / acceptable. There are a million roofing nails that come off when the old roof is removed, so I can understand that a few can be missed. Overall I’m very happy. Haven’t had a rain storm yet, so I guess the real test is yet to come but I feel confident that they know what they’re doing. Thanks CTR

I am a real estate broker in California and Nevada and over the past 2 decades coupled with being on construction sites my entire life, I had the honor of getting to work with CTR Roofing here in Reno to reroof one of my own properties.

I have never seen a team who was more efficient and stood by their word and product as David and Aaron. They not only honored a price they provided me when the product wasn't available they actually went over and beyond and gave me a better product at the same price. Once they were on site they went over and beyond with the work they did.

Their team was friendly, fast and paid attention to details, once the roof was completed they left my premises immaculate.

I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a company who does what they say and still delivers even more, my clients will only get this name from this point on.

This was the best experience ever!
The owner David called with a quote fast! We were scheduled and the job done on a Sunday (because that day worked best with our schedule). The work these guys did was perfect, everything from the craftsmanship to the clean up was hands down AMAZING!!

Last minute need of assistance to help my father with a roof tear-off. CTR had 4 guys assisting within 4 hrs. That was EASY! When I received the bill, had a question. Issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely choose this company again!

Mark was very prompt and friendly. Very professional. He got on the roof and inspected it taking photos of problem areas and conveying them to us. He explained in detail the problem and what was necessary to repair it which he then did. Thank you Mark, you have my recommendation. CTR is wonderful!

We had an old shake shingle roof being taken off with tons of old rusty dirt nails. We also had young curious children. They were so good to be sure to clean up the area, they even “swept” a magnet bar in TWO directions across our lawn to get any possible stray nails that may have missed the tarps they had down to catch all the debris.
There was no smoking or swearing. The team was courteous and respectful. David had good , clear communication and even patiently explained why I DIDN’T need to do an expensive repair on the decking.
That is INTEGRITY! And that why I recommend them every chance I get. (And they all thank me when their’s is done. )

What a fantastic family run company. Super responsive, reasonably priced for the quality of their work. We had just a smaller job and really appreciated their expertise. I highly recommend working with CTR.

CTR fixed a roof leak that a different roofing company who replaced our roof kept saying wasn't a roof leak. CTR also provided us with pictures to be able to show the other roofing company that it was a roof leak caused by that company not doing the chimney part of our roof correctly. CTR is the best, and I highly recommend them!

Used CTR for roof tear off and replacement, quote came in as expected very reasonable. Scheduled in a reasonable time frame. Crew arrived on time, put tarps down and kept property clean. On second day one installer had to leave early so Mark (manager) came on Saturday to finish install. Very satisfied with overall experience and would use them again.

Used them because of the high rating on Google. Needed some minor repairs done to a tile roof. Gave us photos of the repairs. I would recommend this company.

Our house, with detached two car garage, was built in 1914 in Old Southwest Reno. Both roofs had no underlying plywood, so it was just shingles on top of the rafters/slats and the shingles really needed replacing. CTR Roofing had the absolutely best bid and value for the cost for the job. It was a pleasure to work with David and his crew and the job was completed in one day. The roofs were brought up to code from adding the sub plywood base to the attic vents. From start to clean-up there were no problems. Special note to Katrina in the CTR office, she was a pleasure to work with and answered any pre-installation and financing question that we had. I would highly recommend CTR Roofing to anyone needing their roof replaced.

Wow...i cannot believe how incredibly accommodating David and his team were getting my roof replaced. They gave me the best quote, fixed issues I had with the roof, and worked over the holiday weekend to get me in so I could put my house on the market. Not only that, they assisted me on tasks I needed to get my house ready for sell which was out of kindness and not monetary gain. They followed up going above and beyond on clean up. Remember, if roofers take a while to get back we should cut them some slack as anybody has moments of being hit with high demand. In my case, there was no wait, BUT their work would have been worth it.

Updated review - After recognizing an error on their end, the people at CTR went to extraordinary lengths to try and earn our business. They reached out multiple times and apologized repeatedly. Unfortunately I needed roofing repairs and had to choose a different company. When I need a roofer in the future, I will most certainly be choosing CTR.

Sadly CTR Roofing took a few days to get back to us to schedule an appointment. When they did finally came out, David was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and we were very excited to work with them. He was able to give us some great information. We were told we would be given a quote. Over a week later we are still waiting for this quote. Two other roofing companies we talked with have already given us their quotes.

Completed work quickly despite bad weather (rain/snow) fitting my repair into one of few sunny days that week. Took photos of the repair which were submitted with the invoice.

All work/estimates were done while I was at work which was very convenient, I never actually met anyone from the company. Paid via cc online. Absolutely seamless performance...pun intended. Highly recommend this contractor.
