Ivan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and organized. I had a rent house that was affected by a tree falling on it. Ivan and his crew were able to handle a broad spectrum of repairs (inside, outside, paint, carpentry, sheetrock, demo, etc.).
Throughout the project it got held up waiting on other contractors but I never had to wait on Ivan. I am very satisfied, will continue to use his services, and refer him to others!

I had a tree fall on my house, and Ivan and his group did a great job fixing my problem. I reached out and he responded quickly and was very efficient. Looks like nothing ever happened to the roof. If you need any housing issues fixed this is the place to go.

I needed a gutter/roof repair after something fell on my house. Ivan was able to quickly come out to my house, provided a quote, worked ahead of schedule and complete the project.

We had a housefire in a back bedroom where our son sleeps whole room had to be remodeled. All my walls had to be painted floor had to be redone. Kitchen counters had to be replaced. Also, had to have new ductwork new installation .He did all of this in three weeks and the work is phenomenal. My house looks like a new home don’t even look like we had a housefire. I highly recommend Ctk construction. The owner is Ivan and he is awesome. His crew is awesome I promise you will not be disappointed.

Was a no show and didn’t even let me know. The response below is inaccurate. My request was not fulfilled and things were not resolved. Instead my realtor was left waiting at the property for 40 minutes before being informed the contractor would not be able to make the time… This clearly was self evident. At no time was an attempt made to let us know prior to her driving to the property the contractor would be late. This is despite her texting earlier that day and me calling twice to double confirm the appointment time would be honored or if it needed to be moved. I have no doubt from the other reviews the contractor does good work but time management is definitely not their forte.

CTK Construction repaired storm damage from a tree falling on the house. Did a great job. Ivan was a pleasure to work with.

I hired Ivan, owner of CTK Construction to repair some extensive water damage to my home involving several rooms.. This was my first time dealing with my insurance company, Allstate, so my learning curve was pretty steep. Before I called CTK I had already had 5 other contractors come to my home for estimates. They were all on board until they found out that my insurance was with Allstate, then they either ghosted me or told me straight up that they would not deal with them. I mean, who knew they were so difficult to work with?? So 6 months of living in a torn up home I called CTK, Ivan came out the following day to give me an estimate. When I told him I had Allstate insurance, he told me how hard it was to get a fair deal with them, but that did not deter him. Ivan went toe to toe with them and ended up having to meet with one of their adjusters at my house to go through the repairs and costs of restoring my home. After that meeting, Allstate doubled the amount of their initial settlement proposal and Ivan went to work a couple of weeks later. I have to say that I am so happy with the way it all turned out and my home now looks better than it ever has!! Ivan and his compadre did a great job, and didn't even get angry (at least not to my face) on the occasional changes.I would definitely hire them again for future home repairs!
